The 5 of us booked the 3 rooms in the “Schönes vom Dorf” for 2 nights + breakfast.The rooms are well equipped and clean. On the second day new towels were brought to us, which wasn't actually necessary. We still found it very attentive.The breakfast was also very tasty and enough for everyone.We were very satisfied and will definitely come back if there is another larger family celebration planned in the area.Thank you for your hospitality! :)

A very well-kept, listed house in Fitzen, a small village near the Elbe-Lübeck Canal. Very nicely furnished rooms decorated with great attention to detail. Friendly hosts who can really be described as such. The breakfast, which is individually agreed upon with the guests, leaves nothing to be desired; what is on the table in the morning is simply great. There is also a beautiful garden with a barbecue and several seating areas in the countryside. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed the peace and quiet there every evening with a glass of wine. Due to the geographical location of the place, we spent the days visiting the surrounding area. Schwerin, Wismar, Schaalsee... each can be easily reached by car in plus/minus an hour on good roads with little traffic. For us in our mid-seventies, all in all, it was 4 relaxing days with very nice people in beautiful surroundings.

We stayed in this great accommodation with 6 people a few years ago. The rooms are very nice, the food in the neighborhood is top notch. The breakfast was great, water and snacks to take away for us cyclists. It was important to me to give this review even so late.

Very nice and flexible hosts. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The furnishings are antique and everything fits together. There is also a large converted attic for celebrations. Would be happy to come back at any time, it was a pleasant stay

I love this place.If the Rinck family invites you to an event again, I'll be happy to come by.Cultural events on the canal take place here from time to time.And so far these have always been very worth seeing.You can also tell every time how much effort the Rinck family puts into making sure every guest likes it.During breaks from events, you can usually marvel at the beautiful garden behind the house or sit down at the bar with a delicious drink.But the guest house and the lovely, furnished rooms surprise me every time.That's why I can only highly recommend this place to everyone.For me, beautiful things in the village are really the most beautiful things in the village.
