Ugh from the outside and the same from the inside,I had booked the apartment for my parents. No. 8 from July 22nd to August 5th, 23The entrance completely up to No. 8 carpet dirty the window sills, dirty dead flies.If you're completely unsuitable for walking and have to drag your suitcase up 43 steps, you'll be served.You open the door, there is a stained carpet smell, there is a big cupboard in the kitchen, the dishes are not accessible to small people.Bathroom: The 🚾 flush is a total disaster, no place to store cosmetics.Conclusion: You only paid for the view (it was fantastic) for the 14th days, you could forget the rest.A comment to the owner:Far too expensive for the run-down property.My parents were disappointed.Once and never again.

Very simple, somewhat shabby holiday apartment with a minimum of equipment: no dishwasher, no dish soap, no soap, hardly any toilet paper, basic kitchen equipment thrown together.The carpet is pretty dirty, even in the stairwell. The location and the view are of course great, but objectively the accommodation is not worth the money. Subjectively, you probably won't find anything cheaper in a similar location in the tourist town.

It's a shame that you can only give stars in the plus range. So we would give minus 5 stars in the minus range. Why?The apartment smelled musty, the toilet smelled like urine and wasn't cleaned. There were replaced mattresses standing around in the anteroom, with stains and edges still showing. The wicker furniture began to disintegrate. Dishes not really clean. The carpet stained.That's why we left after one night, even though we weren't really demanding. That was the worst thing I was offered. Even the group tents on the campsites are more inviting.

Beautiful house, separated from the beach and sea only by the beach promenade. Had apartment number 4 and are very satisfied. Nice large rooms and sea views. Only the mattresses are very soft. That's when you really sink in. Otherwise everything was great

We have NEVER had such a dirty and unkempt holiday apartment. It's an impudence to ask for money like that. We left after one night because it was unbearable. After a drama with the administration and the landlady, we had to pay a night and half of the final cleaning. A bottomless impudence!!! But we just wanted to get out of there!

Key handover was easy and friendly. Good mattresses (we weigh 50 to 70 kg), the apartment is very clean and the walls are painted, the kitchen has standard equipment with a stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots and dishes. Large TV, carpet with some (real) stains - but it dampens noise throughout the house, which we can live with. All apartments with a sea view except apartments 1 and 2. Consumables available for the first 3 days: some soap, 2x toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. We are very satisfied.

We were in the apartment, Bär 02, with two people from July 1st to July 9th, 2022.The apartment is not recommended as it is very worn out. Dirty carpet, poor kitchen equipment above the shower, the paint was peeling off the ceiling. Mini TV. What was okay is the bedroom and the parking space for the car. Bicycles are available outside for everyone to use. For a price of over 100 euros per night, it's not worth it.

I would not recommend the Black Bear 01 apartment to anyone. It's in the basement area, dark and clammy/damp rooms. It smells musty, the furniture is mostly worn out. The sofa is damp and smells like a cellar or an animal, it's just disgusting to relax there (and my pain threshold is way up... )The windows are dirty, as is the carpet. The price-performance ratio is not realistic (even with the bathroom equipment). There is also no terrace where you could sit down. Then we had half a toilet paper roll and a garbage bag available for 9 days and we had to separate it into 3 types of garbage... a few more bags would have been appropriate..... the landlord can't do anything about the weather, but if so It rained quite often and we had to retreat to the damp apartment and then it was freezing, so the vacation wasn't any fun anymore...we left sooner...the location to the beach was the only positive thing ....

Apartment Black Bear 02,We have never had such a bad vacation as in this apartment. Ice cold and every day we had the feeling that everything including bed linen was damp. When we asked when we left, we were told that you have a basement apartment.

The apartment was dirty. Stains everywhere on the carpet. The windows were so dirty that it was difficult to see through, dirty tiles in the bathroom, no curtains in the kitchen. Never again!!!!
