We had the apartment on the upper floor.Almost no cell phone network at all, Wi-Fi mainly without internet. The dishwasher keeps giving the same error. The large bathroom is not really usable. The shower is leaking, it's difficult to get the plug back on the sink and the mechanism is stuck. The beds were okay. The one I slept in hadn't been put together properly. The shelves had quite limited space in some rooms. Due to the location, there is not a single bus connection during the holidays. The nearest towns cannot be reached quickly by car, but it is also in the middle of nowhere.The first comment I heard from our circle: "It looks like a horror movie."

We spent New Year's Eve there with a total of 5 families and 9 children and would like to go back next year because the house is really ideal for such large groups with children - room layout, number of bathrooms, furnishings, atmosphere, kitchen. Everything perfect! Plus the proximity to the sea. Absolutely gorgeous!

There were 16 of us together and we had a lot of space and a great time. The rooms are totally cozy and beautifully furnished and the area is also totally idyllic! All in all a wonderful stay with my group, I would do it again and again!

We had a large group, 7 children from 2 to 12, occupying all rooms. With the large kitchen and long table, everyone could sit at one table. The location of the house was just right for day trips to Schwerin, Wismar and Lübeck.Two negative points: there is no gate to secure the stairs from the upper floor.A washing machine would be a great thing after visiting the beach with children.

In summary, a disaster.The good thing about this property is the location. You can easily get anywhere by car. Trips to Schwerin, Wismar or Lübeck can be reached in 30 to 50 minutes. Boltenhagen Beach is also only 20 minutes away. However, the long open beach 11km away is recommended. There are only a few tourists and the water there is very shallow for a long time.Other good details about this property is the size. The common room is excellent. The large kitchen is also very nicely laid out. The room layout is also quite good and with three toilets in the ground floor apartment, you can't complain about that. However, what you have to say about the cleanliness and the current quality of the accommodation simply beats everything good. It is extremely worn out. In two rooms there are only futon beds, where the already thin 10cm mattress is worn down to the slatted frame. Back pain is inevitable. In one of the futons the middle strut of the slatted frame was even broken and what is the landlord doing about it? Just place a wooden beam under this mentioned strut! In addition, the cleanliness under the beds is just disgusting because it simply doesn't exist. You get there and first you have to clean your room. The floor in the common room has already seen its best party days. This would have to be poured out again. The refrigerator outside the gas grill has no insulation to the freezer compartment, which means that all non-alcoholic drinks freeze over time. Even at the lowest level. The coffee machine has had its best days behind it. The gas stove was difficult to adjust the temperatures. This made cooking very difficult. And as if that wasn't enough, the facade of the building is already dilapidated, so that a huge ant trail has formed in one room. And I'm talking about tons of ants. The only way to get some control over it was to vacuum it away.All in all, this property is past its prime and the landlord should start reinvesting. The price of €1845 for a week and just for the ground floor apartment is simply too much for what was offered.

Very nice house. Simply furnished but with style. 2 large kitchens, several bathrooms. Ideal for larger groups. However, a bit noisy.

great house with lots of space! very simple but modern furnishings. However, the doors are very thin and need work in some places. Still definitely recommended
