Our experience with this house was extremely unsatisfactory, especially when it comes to the sleeping arrangements for children. There were no real beds for the little ones, instead there were mattresses on the floor. Not only was this uncomfortable, but it was certainly not ideal for the children's sleeping comfort. The mattresses in the bedrooms were also sagging, which led to restless nights. The cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired and an urgent deep cleaning is required. Communication with the landlord or landlady was poor, which led to frustration. There were also too few dishes, which made preparing meals difficult. The lakeside location may be nice, but the shortcomings in the accommodation, particularly in terms of sleeping arrangements for children, unfortunately outweigh the positive aspects. We would not recommend this property and hope that the issues mentioned will be resolved in the future to provide a better experience for other travelers.

Holiday 2019 (back then the facilities were still top but if you read the current reviews, everyone gets what they deserve!) .5 star accommodation and the surrounding area, 0 stars for the landlord. The landlord was a former trade unionist from the GDR who only employed staff at the lowest wage level. One of the kind who preaches water and drinks wine. I had a lot of trouble with him at first because he looked my husband up and down when he arrived (if he reads this, he now knows why I reacted like that). From that point on he was down with me but something like that. The Lord has something against homosexuals, but we don't make it obvious. Luckily my husband stopped me. The apartment and surroundings were very nice and quiet. We were there in winter. Very nice area to walk and unwind. I didn't see the arrogant landlord again after I arrived. His partner continued to look after us (when we left), with whom I was also at loggerheads because she didn't want to believe me about the mold in the washing machine and dryer (you should always remove the drawers so that the device can dry). Even when she saw it herself. The arrogance was still omnipresent. Bad people but the vacation there was nice. I can recommend it, because fortunately you only see the two landlords on arrival and departure (but they live in the annex). How do I know about the union? Ask the neighbors!P.S. No matter where you are on vacation, always bring your own cleaner if you have a hot tub. You wouldn't believe what kind of dirt comes out of the pipes.

Were there in May, nice area but apartment unclean, terrace not cleaned for a long time, windows only opened a crack, no fly windows, price performance not justified

Beautiful spacious apartment with a view of the lake. Fireplace if necessary and grill or campfire facility. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes also love the place. Good for someone looking for peace and quiet. The only drawback is that there is hardly anything within walking distance.

We were there for three nights. Available only from 4 p.m., which we found a bit late. We had to move out at 10:00 a.m. and were reminded of this via text message. There was no dishwashing liquid or kitchen towels in the apartment. In general, the furniture is a bit old and very sparsely equipped. In our opinion everything was a bit loveless. The floor in holiday apartment number 4 is covered with OSB panels. We caught splinters. The terrace was super slippery from the rain because there was moss on it.A Kerscher would also make sense here. Otherwise the apartment is in a very nice location and the beds are okay. There is a sauna that you can use for free and a great bathtub with a whirlpool function. We liked that. What we really didn't like was the relatively unfriendly customer service. Despite the relatively high cost of the apartment, you practically have to pay extra for many things, such as towels, bed linen and even kitchen towels. Everything not included. Either you bring it with you or you have to pay extra. But the 100 € final cleaning is amazing!!! That made our short stay relatively expensive. Wi-Fi was promised and there are even small signs on the tables stating that there is free Wi-Fi, but we didn't have that until the end, even though we had reported it. Despite the really nice ambience and the wonderful silence, we unfortunately won't be coming back here again.

We have booked a 7 day holiday in the beautiful attic apartment. It was excellently clean and everything was just right 😍👍 Price performance was simply top. The outdoor area is huge with a volleyball field, a barbecue area and a fireplace (firewood) for free 👍. A lake with a jetty for swimming and plenty of loungers and sun loungers to relax on. Conditions included with every apartment. It was a very nice vacation that we won't forget in a hurry. 😍

Quiet location of a well-furnished house with lots of useful things. Sauna whirlpool grill station everything your heart desires. Price performance top. Were there with 8 people and were very satisfied. But we also had good weather and pure sunshine. Gladly again, everything went great.

We booked a vacation in nature to escape everyday life. We got a dream of vacation. The holiday apartment was bright, large and both cozy and practical. The outdoor area is huge and perfect for nature lovers. The quiet lake right in front of your nose to relax, whether for the eye, by boat, for swimming, stand-up paddling or a circular hike. Or if you like more action, Lake Plauer is 300 m further on, where motor yachts compete. Total freedom was the individual use of the sauna or whirlpool. There were various leisure activities for all of our children - WiFi, bike rides or paddling, football, a fun collection of games or a deck chair. The massages offered were the icing on the cake for relaxation. The little colorful butterfly corner, or the migratory bird meeting point tree or the cheeky tomcat. It was also very pleasant that the regional baker offered his goods right in front of the house almost every day. Individual offers were communicated at short notice in an informative and decorative manner. Excursion destinations such as Rostock or Berlin are also easily accessible. All in all, the 2019 summer vacation was a perfect vacation for us. Thanks so much!
