A fantastic place to relax. We felt very comfortable. Atmosphere, location and food were perfect. We can also recommend the swimming pool and sauna. We'd love to come back. :-)

It is very difficult to review this house because the overall picture is inconsistent. So we were able to get to know two rooms, as the first one was in no way appropriate for the price and our complaint was then responded to immediately. But the new room was also dark, built up and not worthy of a four-star hotel. In any case, there are five stars for the location of the house on Lake Neukloster. Beautiful! The kitchen, we ate there two evenings, is really good, the dishes were very tasty. And the atmosphere makes it a dream to eat on the terrace or in the garden when the weather is good. But the portions are very, very small, and the price-performance ratio is not right here either! The waitresses are mostly very friendly and attentive. One of the young women who served one of the starters after the main course (mistakes happen) should still think about her tone! The swimming pool and sauna area are very attractive and certainly a great alternative for days that aren't so sunny :)Overall, you have the feeling that conceptually (rooms) and in one or two details (broken beach chair, unkempt seating areas in the garden, storage space for bicycles) "something needs to be done".Despite one or two criticisms, we were able to spend three very nice days at the Seehotel and can easily imagine visiting again!

I was traveling on my motorbike and took a break with coffee and cake. A great place to escape the hustle and bustle.

Unfortunately not for the “small budget”.A currywurst costs €14, and truffle mayonnaise is good for that. The dishes are also of a more upscale nature.Wiener Schnitzel €28!Dogs allowed on a leash.

First of all, the positive: It is a family-run company and I am sure that everyone makes an effort! The breakfast and the peace and quiet that the lake and the relaxed atmosphere radiate are very soothing. Especially if you want to escape the big city for a moment. But unfortunately there is often a gap between expectations (of a four-star hotel) and reality. The food is average at best. We had to return the starter - a “shrimp ceviche”. It was inedible. The waitresses were nice but unfortunately often overwhelmed.By the way, nice applies to a lot of things: the rooms, the wellness house, the three beach chairs on the beachLake. But a lot of money would have to be invested to make it what it wants to be.What it is, however, was far too expensive.

A great and quiet place on a lake. Unfortunately, cafés and the like are hardly affordable anymore. Then you don't eat anything and just look, that's good too.😉
