Nice area. The thatched restaurant was a disappointment as my cup of coffee was barely half full! ( not an espresso)...the waitress wasn't interested in my complaint.

I can really recommend this facility. Quiet location, steamboat pier is right in front of the facility. Everything is very clean and the staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I felt very comfortable there, unfortunately it was only two days but I was able to enjoy these days. I'll definitely be there again next year.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The complex is well maintained and there is also plenty for children; Sandpit, playroom, swings, ... The breakfast left nothing to be desired...We can highly recommend the holiday park for a stay with children.

Comfortably and comfortably furnished with modern furniture, perfect location for cycling, as well as for walking to the city center or to Lake Plauer.As soon as we entered the apartment we felt very comfortable and at home. We had an apartment on the upper floor, in the house that was closest to the canal with a direct view of it. Already at breakfast on the balcony we were entertained by the hustle and bustle in the pleasure boat harbor and on the canal with a perfect overview.Particularly worth mentioning and very pleasant is the bread roll service offered by the holiday park.The apartment had a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a new kitchenette and new furniture in the living room and bedroom and was surprisingly pleasantly large.We can fully recommend the apartment to anyone interested and were happy to give it the highest rating in all categories.

This hotel and apartment complex does not keep what it promises.Most of the apartments are only 50 m from the federal highway 103, so it is noisy and sleeping in is out of the question. The nearest beach is 2.1 km away. The apartments on the upper floor can only be reached via a spiral staircase, which makes transporting luggage difficult. Furniture is outdated, especially the kitchen. Dishwasher is not available. Miniature TV set.There are no room folders for information about the region. Wi-Fi is practically non-existent, you get a code when you ask, but the network isn't displayed at all. All in all, the price and performance don't match at all. The region is beautiful and there are many alternatives for a pleasant holiday.

The location directly on the main road is not really an advantage, but depending on the location of the room/property it is less important. The location directly on the Elde is very enchanting.We booked a comfort double room and got an apartment of a similar size. The room was very clean and quite spacious. The furnishings and bathroom looked new. Except for the television... the device and remote control don't fit together, so it was very difficult to use.The occupancy was quite low. But it is also shortly before the start of the season.Registration on the day of arrival was not very informative. No information about breakfast or the other restaurants on site. Not even for alternative room allocation - only upon request.The breakfast was sufficient, something for everyone. On the day of departure we were the only breakfast guests and were served breakfast at the table. Great solution.

It works. The area is a bit confusing and quite built up. The route to our house past empties and sheds was not well solved.The holiday home itself is ok. Two bedrooms on the 1st floor with a bathroom on the ground floor are not so practical. What really doesn't work is clairaudience. You can hear everything in one bedroom from the other bedroom. No privacy at all. You have to like it. But otherwise everything is ok.Last but not least (on departure) we paid 10 euros for a completely empty parking space. Max. 10% occupancy of the facility and well over 120 euros per night. This can be solved in a more customer-oriented manner. Especially since we will be in Plau more often in the next few weeks. But probably not in this hotel.
