We spent our family vacation here. There were 6 of us with two children. There was enough space in the apartment for this.The location on the lake is really great. In just a few meters you are directly at the water and have peace and quiet here. There's really nothing nearby that you could do. Besides walking and lying on the beach. Pure relaxation.To the houseThe description seems very new and elegant. But it's rather the opposite. The house, the rooms and the furnishings are very old. You can see that in some corners. There is definitely a need for renewal here. Furthermore, the rules in the folder are pretty much written in prison. As if you were stupid and didn't know how to behave.Everything is subject to penalties. That makes the whole thing a bit unsympathetic.But all in all it was a great vacation here at Lake Schwerin :)My conclusion6/10Saw it once and it was great. Next time we'll go somewhere else.

The house looks great in the pictures. At first glance when you arrive too. However, upon closer inspection it became apparent that the object was clearly showing its age. The furniture on the balcony on the upper floor is not well maintained and is therefore very weathered. The balcony itself was unkempt, as it was neither cleaned nor freed from verdigris or weeds. The closure due to Corona could have been used for renovations and/or thorough cleaning. That apparently didn't happen. There were still leftovers and dirt from the previous tenants under the couch, the beds and behind the sideboard in the living room, the windows were full of spider droppings and cobwebs, the fly screens in front of the windows were so dirty that you could hardly see out.Overall, everything was functional (the awning motor was broken upon arrival and was only replaced at the beginning of the second week), but a dream villa looks different to me.

It doesn't work at all. The apartment was very dirty. The couch was a real disgrace. I've never seen anything so dirty before. Thank goodness we had enough blankets in the car to cover it a bit. The specious statements that it was the previous tenants were awesome.

Beautiful house, in a quiet location, right on the lake (direct lake view for 3 bedrooms). Premium furnishings and private parking spaces. We had a wonderful holiday and would love to come back.Unfortunately I have to deduct a star for the bad internet. You can have reception everywhere via a repeater, but if more than 3 devices are online, the connection breaks down every few minutes and can only be reestablished with great difficulty. For a house for 10 people plus 3 other holiday apartments, this is prohibitive.

The landlord doesn't want to do short-term rentals. In our case it was 3 nights. Which is fundamentally not a problem if he had said it openly. A rejection of our request on the grounds that these are currently uncertain times in connection with Corona and when we asked when a rental could be expected. The answer came from Easter. We made our request at the beginning of February. After about a week, our period was no longer available. We then discovered that the property had now been rented for 7 nights. Dear landlord, with honesty you get ahead and don't offend other people.

The villa offers several holiday apartments, the description belongs to the Seegang apartment. It is furnished as described and yet seems very cold. Large plots of land are advertised. This also applies to the entire complex, but parts of each apartment are fenced off. You also have a view of the lake, there is no swimming area. There was no WiFi for two days, then suddenly it was there. There are no brochures/advertising materials for excursion destinations in the apartment, the surrounding area is rather desolate. Fines are formulated in the apartment materials. This is completely incomprehensible when you pay €60 for the final cleaning. The terrace was very dirty and unusable because several ant colonies had taken over it. So you're left with an ambivalent impression of an actually nice apartment that ultimately costs too much.

Fantastic location with lake views and sunset over the lake. Bathrooms were newly renovated and the terrace upstairs had a Hollywood swing. Everything very neat. Gladly again...

the house is very nice..great location.. tastefully furnished....price performance ratio ok...unfortunately this house is listed under HOLIDAYS with a dog so pay attention to what is written in the rental agreement..if the dog is overlooked in the inquiry.. .this is simply recalculated...hence the star deduction...not because of the object...but the handling...how things are recalculated (the errors lie in the processing in the office)..plus the cleanliness when moving in the house...dust fluff etc.
