The apartment was clean and the furniture new. The view of the sea was spectacular! However, I thought the restaurant was overpriced for the quality of the food that was available in the evening. The food from the snack bar was also not great for the price we paid (12 euros for a pizza that was clearly frozen). The outdoor pool was not heated and therefore freezing cold (we were there in August) and the kids' club was not available on a Sunday and during the other days seemed to be closed in the middle of the afternoon. Yes, there were 2 playgrounds but the kids got tired of them pretty quickly, and the pools didn't have any special kid-friendly water feature like a slide or sprinklers, with the exception of one little fountain in the shape of a seal. I found the location/general area also pretty underwhelming, with few restaurants open beyond 8:30 pm. All in all it was OK for a weekend away but too expensive for the services on offer

This hotel was fantastic for kids. Perfect apartments, and OK pricing with a nice dinner. Sadly, they are renovating it and the new version of this hotel is going to be more expensive and less nice unless you’re very rich.

The location is super, near the Baltic Promenade, which is fantastic for a walk. On the other side you can go to the beach, which is also not bad. So, all in all is worth it for a nice sunny weekend in early September 👍😀💕

Nice location, with lots of stuff to do for both children and parents. More information in English would be nice for us foreigners, but that goes for all of Germany.Mattresses horrible, both in bed and fold out bed Shower at your own risk, hot water comes and goes, suddenly turning extremely hot

Food is excellent (except the coffee - I have no idea how it's made but it tastes watery) and the apartments are nice. A little more care could be taken for the upkeep of the outside patios, but on the whole we very much enjoyed our stay.

This is totally a hotel designed for families with kids. The rooms are not carpeted so it wont be spoiled by kids easily. There are many outdoor activities for the family. The sea facing suites are great for a family retreat. …

Good place for a few days off with the family. We were not thrilled by the evening buffet as the food could have been better. Good selection but not well cooked. We did not try a la carte. The dinner buffet room offers a play area for kids our kids used heavily. The whole area has a very good offering of activities for the whole family. We will come back.
