Ladies and GentlemenI would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Hotel Zahlwerk Apartments from April 1st, 2024 to April 10th, 2024.Hotel website:Incomplete and disorganized information: The hotel's website does provide the ability to make a reservation, provide contact information, and explain the check-in procedure. However, the lack of clarity and intuitiveness makes navigation frustrating.Lack of login and ability to view reservations: The lack of a login system and ability to view reservations online makes it difficult to manage my stay.Poor communication about reservations: Receiving the reservation number via email without clear instructions on how to retrieve it on the website creates confusion and inconvenience.Experience in the hotel:First week:Problematic check-in: When I arrived I didn't receive an access code to the room and the hotel phone didn't work. I was forced to return home to Stuttgart and solve the problem at reception the next day.Lack of infrastructure: The stay was marred by the unavailability of the elevator, which forced me to walk to the third floor.Lack of basic amenities: The lack of soap in the bathroom and the provision of only one towel caused unnecessary inconvenience.Second week:Difficulty checking in: The lack of information via email prevented me from checking in online. I was forced to call reception after hours and faced a poor quality connection. Luckily I received the access code.Poor hygiene and utensils: The room only had a small soap and a 20ml bottle of liquid soap in the bathroom. Additionally, the lack of detergent at the sink made basic hygiene difficult.Final remarks:The above deficiencies in both the website and the hotel's infrastructure significantly marred my experience. The lack of organization, poor communication and lack of basic amenities show a neglect of guests.I hope that the hotel will take the necessary steps to resolve the issues described and improve the quality of the services provided. I believe that a complete overhaul of the website and infrastructure, as well as proper training of reception staff, is essential to prevent other guests from ending up in similar situations.

From the outside you are only disappointed until you see the rooms... The rooms are super nice and have a practical kitchenette and a refrigerator that is even stocked with 2 beers 🍺 and 2 water. There is no air conditioning and no breakfast, but the small kitchenette offers everything you need for cooking. The medium-sized TV 📺 provides entertainment.

We booked one night's stay and were pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious, modern and clean. You have a small kitchenette with all the necessities. The bathroom is also spacious and pleasant. Everything looks like in the pictures. There is a large parking lot at the back of the building that you can use for free. There are good restaurants in the area.Small tip: we missed air conditioning and a ventilation system in the bathroom.

Zahlwerk Apartments surprised me very positively! The equipment is very modern, the double apartment is very large, with a lot of storage space (the cupboards are very large) and super modern furniture and bathroom. Everything was very clean. There is a lot of nature near the aparthotel, you can go for a walk and enjoy nature. Swimming pool, tennis courts and spot fields are also nearby. The staff were also very nice and helpful! We would visit Zahlwerk again at any time!

I was pleasantly surprised, everything went smoothly. The room we reserved was big enough and the furnishings were functional and sufficient. I will use “Kontowerk Apartments” again if necessary. Can be recommended!

Very nice rooms that are clean and brightly decorated. Including a small kitchenette and TV. The location is great as it is only a few minutes into the city and there is an outdoor pool and ice skating rink opposite the apartments. There is also a large free parking lot available.

I was only there for one night - and it was an uncomplicated overnight stay with nice service. Clean, well thought out rooms. And since they are apartments, it doesn't feel like a hotel but more like a possible second home. Unfortunately, I can't judge how it feels in the long term - but if I were to be in Pfaffenhofen again, I would choose the counter again.
