We booked a room one week before for which we received a confirmation from the place. However, when we arrived there after a 6 our-long-journey around 23.30 (as we had notified them beforehand), the receptionists said that there is no room for us! They called the manager who said that they had sent a cancellation email WHICH IS NOT TRUE! They haven't sent us anything, only the confirmation email. The manager, with the lack of empathy and professionalism, sent us away in the middle of the night without any suggestions or compensation. We found another place after several calls which cost more than double as the original. I DON'T RECOMMEND THE PLACE TO ANYONE BECAUSE THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT PROFESSIONALS AND THEY NOT EVEN SAY THE TRUTH!

Nobody on site. The key box was broken and as a result I couldn't get to my room at first. Although another guest finally got the box open, there was no sign of life from the caretaker who was called the next day.Despite multiple requests, I have NOT received an invoice... The entire accommodation is a complete disgrace!Absolutely not recommended! For a few euros more you can get a proper hotel in the city, which I also chose for my next appointments.About the room: the bed is sagging and the mattress is absolutely uncomfortable. Carpeted floor in the room. If you're allergic to house dust, it's death... Every public swimming pool has a better hairdryer and the shower is tiny.

Location great for a DAA student.If you dare, you can take a Ouija board with you and try it out. Very unpleasant and creepy atmosphere.I have to say, I didn't spend a night in the hotel. After my arrival I immediately looked for a new hotel...The money was left in the room as requested.Very suspicious. I can't recommend it.

Closed despite bookingThere is a note on the door telling them to call because they are abroad. But when you call you are clicked away. When I had already left, I received a WhatsApp saying that the key was supposedly in the key box, that no one was there and that the money should be left in cash the next day. Without invoice!

Hotel was booked in October via Booking and was also confirmed. I also specified the check in time as 5 p.m. (which was also confirmed). There was a notice at the entrance telling you to call (mainly via WhatsApp since they are abroad). I called there probably 10 times and no one ever answered. When I asked an employee at the youth hostel opposite, I found out that I wasn't the first person this had happened to. After almost an hour outside at 0°C, I eventually got tired of waiting and booked another hotel. Shortly before my fellow student picked me up, I received a text message with the key number and an instruction to leave the money on the bed when I left. There was never an answer to the answer that I had already looked for another hotel. At a professional hotel you can at least expect an apology.I had already booked the hotel and luckily everything went smoothly. Because of its proximity to the DAA technical center, I booked the hotel again. But I definitely won't do this anymore.This hotel is NOT recommended!!

Booked the otherwise closed inn for a family celebration. Conclusion: You should have received money for the services “provided” instead of paying for them.Service cannot be surpassed due to the lack of motivation and friendliness. Drinks were not cooled in the heat, but rather warm. The food was the worst convenience food of terrible quality, there was no mayo with the fries and the salad had liquid at the bottom that tasted like nothing. Recommendation: Stay away from this location. You're just throwing your money out the window.

Absolutely not recommended. No suburb. No information. No shower gel. Not even a coffee machine. Money should be deposited in the room. No indication of where you can eat or drink within walking distance. For 125 euros it's an absolute disgrace. Every budget hotel offers much more service for much less money. Never again.
