You have to eat here at least once. The schnitzel with green sauce is highly recommended. Fast and friendly service. We'll be back, even if we have to drive 40 minutes to get to you!

We had a delicious meal in the Ratsschänke. The service was very attentive and nice. Our dog was also given water right away. The first and the now room are very nice and cozy. We will be happy to come back.

**Very disappointing experience at Ratschenke**We visited the Ratschenke today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. First we were seated at a table in a large room that was very spartanly set up. There was no comfort at all.We had to wait an hour and a half for our food. During this time we were not even asked if we would like to order more drinks, even though our glasses were empty. The service overall was very poor. When we complained that the service left something to be desired, our concerns were simply ignored. There was no effort to improve service or accommodate us.What was particularly annoying was that the children only got their food when the others were almost finished, and then they had to wait for the side dishes.Our request for an accommodating arrangement was completely rejected, and even taking over the drinks was not considered. When we asked to speak to the boss, he denied us several times, so we were not treated kindly by the service staff.This experience was extremely disappointing and we cannot recommend Ratschenke under any circumstances. We certainly won't come again.

Delicious good local cuisine.Large hall for family celebrations and groups.Very friendly service.We'd love to come back.Guest rooms perfect, for example, for visitors to the Frankfurt trade fair with an S-Bahn connection that can be reached quickly on foot.
