Stayed there for a week and I was very impressed. Hotels in Berlin are normally old and lacking in amenities/good service. Rooms were modern, clean, staff was very polite, breakfast was great, options for every taste.

Amazing hotel . I have been coming to Berlin for over 9 years to see my son and it’s honestly the best hotel we have stayed in . Staff are super friendly without being intrusive. Lovely vibe . I had a wonderful and memorable stay . Everything just perfect . Thank you !

Excellent hotel with easy access to public transportation . We stayed a total of 5 days. Delicious and healthy breakfast options. The room was very spacious with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Will definitely go back.

This hotel knows how to do things right!! Everything here is perfect. First and most importantly, everyone you meet from the moment you step inside truly cares about you and wants you to have the best experience. They do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable and successful as possible. The rooms are impeccably decorated and equipped with all the finest things - mattress is superb, bedding and towels are divine, robes, Nespresso machine, wine, coffee, snacks, streaming music, comfortable chairs and ottoman, plenty of closet space and hangers, etc etc etc. Plus it is peaceful and completely soundproof, allowing for a blissful sleep. They have a fully equipped gym with great equipment, serve a gourmet breakfast with any espresso drink you can imagine, fantastic restaurants a few steps away, proximity to public transportation, the list goes on and on. I was here to recover from jet lag and explore Berlin a few days before the Berlin marathon and was so happy, well-rested, beautifully cared for and comfortable here. I cannot imagine a better hotel. I wish all others were like this one! A special shoutout to Gio and the others at the front desk who thought of everything and anything for me. The manager’s mom even works there and was SO helpful to me. I wish I remembered her name. Her son runs an exceptional establishment. Do not hesitate to book here. Highly recommended!!!

25€ for a small breakfast?!? In Germany?!?! Wow, this hotel is a tourist trap... I should have read the glowing reviews and realized the reviewers are all just a bunch of tourists who don't know the normal prices. I just had yogurt and fruit and water and some scrambled egg whites that were inedible because the eggs were drenched and shining with some oil.... I've never seen a small hotel breakfast so exorbitantly priced in Germany. They must know it's a scam...should be 20€ max, just for arranging the items in little bowls...

The air conditioner is broken - even if the temperature in Berlin is not hot, but the hotel sometimes is hot and I wanted to turn on the air conditioner. So I had an uncomfortable time because I couldn't had the air conditioner.Old facility - the shower room is also blocked with drains. You have to take a shower slowly. I talked to the staff, but it was not resolved. But I don't think it's a staff problem. The operation policy is a problem. They didn't change the towels and blankets every day. And I asked for more body cream, but it was rejected.And I sent a message of questions before arriving in Berlin, but I didn't get a reply. It's a hotel with one-sided communication. I don't recommend

The room was excellent. Clean, newly finished and comfortable.
Only “problem” was finding out how to turn off the lights as the switches are hidden away and i could not find a master switch.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was great, it's located in Mitte very close to Torstrasse and U Rosenthaler platz which means lots of bars, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. Also close to Oranienburger tor for the U6 and S Nordbahnof, Rosenthaler platz for the U8 as well as bus 142.The hotel itself is newly renovated and looks pretty modern. My room was a good size with a large bathroom and very clean. I also got my request for a quiet room on an upper floor so had no noise issues. I was there on an extremely hot weekend so it was good to have air-conditioning that functions. Overall loved my stay and would come back. The only thing missing were slippers in the room, but I always travel with my own so this was not s a big deal.
