The hotel is fine, considering the price we paid. (45 eur pr. day) |The rooms are in good shape, and in a good size, contained what you’ll expected. We had a room with a bathtub, which was delicious. …

The rooms were very dirty, hair on the floor and on our bed. Pretty loud location, broken TV, bed sheets with holes and only one small trash can in the bathroom (for 4 people). Most people working there were nice but some rude people really made the experience worse. Don't recommend when you want to shower properly and a clean room.

The beds were really uncomfortable, very bad pillows. The room was very hot in early July and we had to keep the balcony door open. The hotel is on a busy street and the traffic noise was too loud during the nights. In addition, there was a building construction nearby and workers starts making loud noise early morning. Since we had to keep the balcony door open during the night, many mosquitos came in and bit us all the night.cleanliness: the washbasin was leaking really bad and the entire bathroom floor got wet after washing hands. There was not enough shampoo, soap, tissue and toilet paper available. Not satisfied at all with the hotel at this price.

They claim to be a three-year hotel. I would be inclined to give two if I didn't pay $300 for two nights. The beds are very stiff. There was construction next door (as of Sept 2018) and they liked to get an early start (which is understandable but annoying). Constant road noise and people smoking and making noise outside. That wouldn't be so bad if the rooms had AC so I could have the windows closed. The breakfast was awful (but it was my first experience with German breakfast so I'll give them a pass on that since I don't really know what it should be like). The one thing I did like is the hard floors in the room: carpet in hotels can be disgusting. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel did mark itself apart, but not in a good way...

Great experience, huge room that was clean and tidy.We had 2 bathrooms in the room for only 2 people which was amazing. And a nice big balcony to sit in, although it was very old and looked bad.The bed was big and so was the room. The staff was very nice and helpful.Put your money and valuables in the safe deposit at the reception. Not so sure if they changed the sheets at all during our stay but that's about all I can say.Overall, definitely would recommend for a great stay on a budget!

Great value for the money. Not the most central location but close to everything you need and you could easily take the public transport in to all the views. Fridge or watercooker would have been nice in the Room. Friendly staff. Rooms maybe not the most soundproof but we survived.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The hotel is ideally located. However the convenience is not as I imagined it. For example, through two rooms I occupied the access to the bed is only by the edge which is not practical. The last night of my stay the chiller system was very noisy and after informing the staff, I was spontaneously proposed to change the room. In the second one, a big noise of water pipe sounded each time someone used taps. A very bad night just before a talk at a conference the next day! I don’t advise for convenience and calmness.

rooms were not cleaned appropriately every day. Smoking was not allowed even at balcony, but there were old cigarette remnants, which were not cleaned during the whole 7 night stay. …

I had a 2 night stay on20-21Dec 2019 to enjoy the Berlin Christmas Markets, and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in BerlinThe hotel is very clean throughout, and my room was spacious with everything that we needed. The hotel is quiet, and is situated near to numerous restaurants, and a main supermarket, and within easy walking distance from the Christmas Markets. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.I would definitely stay here again.

After reading the reviews of this Hotel I was very apprehensive and quite honestly expecting a bit of a dump! But Joy of joys the room (302) was clean spacious and modern, as was my Brothers room (303). …
