The rooms are not big, but very cosy. Having complementary coffees, tea and even hot chocolate is a huge plus. Anyone we met during our 4-nights stay was very kind and helpful. Although the hotel offers only breakfast, the restaurant is open all day, offering even table games during the evening, and there are snacks and drinks you can enjoy while having fun.Huge advantage is the location, highly recommended for both business and private stays.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Michael was incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you so much for the lovely gifts! The room with the balcony was the cherry on the top, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Highly recommend!

Where to begin?||They provided a relatively clean room, if somewhat small for the price. ||Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to but eventually performed reasonably. …

This hotel is perfectly acceptable but not a trip highlight. For a clean and reasonably priced stay you won't be sorry you chose it.  …

I had an excelent experience. The room was perfectly clean and very well equiped (coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, lots of plugs). I was on the top floor facing the internal patio, and it was absolutely quiet. I had a problem with my bag (lost by the airline) and the hotel staff was very helpful with that. Location is really good, very close to a station (Zoologischer Garten) with lots of Ubahn, Sbahn and train connections. You also have a lot of nice shops around and the area is nice for short walks. Breakfast is amazing, with both a buffet with many different choices (even several types of fresh fruits!) and a menu of hot meals you can order free of charge. The only dowside I found is that the rooms are a bit small, but it was absolutely not an problem to us. I definetly recommed this hotel!!

Excellent location. I could walk 4 minutes to the Zoologischer train station, which has trains that go directly to the Berlin airport. The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with many choices and best of all, the staff was friendly and helpful. There was only one small chair in the room because the room was small. That was the only drawback but otherwise, it’s a good choice to stay at the Indigo!

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Indigo Berlin for 4 nights in mid-April 2024. Very friendly service at the reception. ||Our room was a bit small but comfortable and clean. Shower had good pressure. Bed was very comfortable. …

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo Berlin for three nights. The room was comfortable, and the staff were lovely. However, the noise level was a significant issue. The window in our room was of poor quality, leading to inadequate soundproofing. As a result, we were constantly disturbed by loud emergency vehicles throughout the night, which made it difficult to get any sleep, left us being not well rested during our trip.Additionally, the hotel's name—Hotel Indigo Berlin "Ku'Damm"—is somewhat misleading. It’s actually located closer to the Zoologischer Garten train station, not on Kurfürstendamm. For those unfamiliar with Berlin, this could lead to some confusion during booking. That being said, the location is still quite convenient. If you choose to stay here, I would highly recommend requesting a room that does not face the road to ensure a quieter experience.

I had a great 2 night stay here from Sunday 9th to Tuesday 11th June. The service was superb and really friendly, I didn't catch the name of the person that checked me in but they were very welcoming and helpful for local places to eat.The room was very comfortable and had English speaking films on Sky Movies, which was useful for me.Breakfast was really good, big range of rolls, meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurts, smoothies and juices. Also options for freshly cooked hot breakfast (toastie was great, but more a muffin).I enjoyed listening to Fred who was helping to reward his staff for their great service by taking over from them at checkout so they could have some breakfast as part of a 'thank you' week. It's close to the trains and ideal for the zoo, but perhaps a bit further out for some of the other attractions (I walked 3.6 miles to the wall memorial).Supermarket very close by but around there it is a little rough around the edges with homelessness and a few drunks.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff friendly and stayed in a Balcony Room. Shower is abit on the slow side but perfectly fine for a few Days. Located near shops, The Zoo and good Travel Links (S Bahn, Busses and Underground). Maybe could expand the warm Breakfast options as I dont like eggs but its hardly a big issue. On a side note - to the gentleman who was shouting at the young member of staff the other morning about his eggs... grow up!! Hardly a big issue and the young member of male staff dealt with it admirably. If I was in Berlin again I would stay here.
