Very much enjoyed our stay. ||The rooms need perhaps a slight upgrade in terms of decor, the lighting still needs to improve. ||I would prefer a double mattress rather than 2 single mattresses stuck together. …

For starters, I booked an apartment with terrace, and found upon arrival that I’d gotten the most basic of rooms. It had no terrace and it looked nothing like the photos. Then the room was dirty. The lamps had dust and there were spiderwebs on corners.Third, the bathroom sink had a leak that was noticeable on first use.Bathroom air extractor was broken and did not turn off for more than 5-10 minutes.Bed was a normal size, but it combined two smaller beds, that split up when lying in the middle. And since the room acoustics were really bad, at 6am I could hear the subway through the bed into my pillow…And lastly the shampoo in the shower was nearly empty on my first shower! I’d expect a “fresh” room to have a new shampoo bottle (or at least halfway full, or a ready replacement) for the new customer. All in all I would not recommend staying here. I only booked this place because of closeness to local friends’ apartment, and low price. I was surprised at the low price for such a “luxury” terrace apartment, but I guess you get what you pay for…

The receptionist was not on the place when we arrived. Have to call to security. And yea if you don’t have German SIM card you will be not able to rich the person who can help you.As well in the end , when I was checking out, the receptionist was taking city tax .( 4€)In the mean time the rooms is clean and cozy.In the room where I have been staying I found mini kitchen with dishwasher , cooking stove, forks and knives and the kettle with toaster.

We were in Berlin to attend a week long opera presentation at the Deutsches Oper Berlin - Richard Wagner’s “Der Ring Des Nibelungen”. This was the perfect place! A small apartment with cooking facilities and a beautiful walk out deck with a small bench and an umbrella facing an interior courtyard. AC and everything else worked great. Get a room with an outdoor deck if you will be there a while, it’s worth it! The television worked and had many channels but the only one in English was Comedy Central - there were no English news channels, not even Deutsche Welle, but this didn’t bother us. Because the room faces an interior courtyard, our stay was extremely quiet. Courteous front desk staff is there during the day and the front of the hotel goes to key access after hours. There is a room to leave your luggage if you need to. There is a basement room with two free washers and dryers so you can clean your clothes if they happen to be free, bear in mind that European washers and dryers are small and take a long time, so don’t get your hopes up on doing laundry. The machines were busy pretty much all day Sunday. Overall we loved our stay and look forward to the opportunity to stay there again, especially if we are going to the opera again!

Flawless.Amazing location, 15 minutes from the Charlottenburg palace, next door to Aldi for food (and plenty of brilliant local places to get food too!) and a few seconds from a U Bhan station to get into more central Berlin.Beautiful, clean, homely rooms that were always a joy to return to after a long day out.The room was completely self sufficient along with options for food/room service. Came fully furnished, felt very independent and everyone was lovely, helpful and made staying a joy.Definitely coming back :)

I recently stayed here for a couple nights and was very pleased with it. The rooms are spacious, it's located close to the subway, and there is no shortage of stores and restaurants right outside the building. If I had any criticism, it would be that it's a bit outside the center square of Berlin. But the price and size of the rooms make up for that in my opinion.

We stay regularly at this hotel, they provide a number of room sizes but as far as I know they all provide a little kitchenette area which is great. The larger rooms are very spacious and are kept clean and tidy. …
