Good hotel, let us check in early as well as friendly staff. There is a code for the door to reception which I did not receive, so i had to call their number and they gave it to me.Outside our room was very loud and as it was so hot we had to have windows open all night and they don’t open very far, there was crashing and banging all night which woke us up a few times, otherwise its a decent place to stay.

You do not get what is promissed. No balcony, just small room instead of two rooms and 45 square meter, old building, smoke in room was awfull. The staff did npt help good with the complains unfortunate. There is no reason to pay 106 euro for this old small bad room

I have stayed with a couple of friends for a weekend. It has all you will need for a short stay, but if you require a fridge you need to ask on the reception for it to be turned on. It's not a fancy place but it is clean and has a great location.

It was fine. The hotel is super close to the train track, so take some ear plugs. The double glazed windows help, but only so much. It looks uninspiring upon arrival, but you really get a small apartment, and it is very clean. Internet worked fine. It was a bit pricey compared to my normal choice of hotel, but maybe not the cheapest time of the year. Close enough to restaurants and supermarkets to make it an easy walk.

We stayed for 3 nights in November, booking through Booking.com. Although there was a slight issue on check in, it was dealt with very efficiently and effectively. …

First of all, to get to the hotel, you have to go through a small door that looks like an entry to an apartment building. The hallway is dirty, smelly and old, which I didn't expect at all. There was barely any light and looked kind of creepy. When I got to my room, I wanted to leave right away. There was a penetrating cigarette smell, and it was dirty. There were clumps of hair on the floor, short hair and dust on the sheets and bedding. The window was open (I think it would be unbearable otherwise), so I went to the balcony and saw that there was another door that lead to it. That didn't make me feel particularly safe. Also, important to note that it is impossible to sleep with an open window because of the noise.I asked if I could get another room, but there were no other rooms available (of that size, and for some reason they couldn't give me a bigger room). They asked the staff to clean the room again, but I think they only sprayed it with some perfume. It still stank, and the hair was still on the floor.I wanted to leave, but they don't refund. The other rooms might be better, but if you are travelling by yourself, you won't be sleeping at night. I had pepper spray next to me just in case. Also, the rooms have very simple locks, so anyone could come in. Ah, and the furniture was also damaged, the fridge broken.

We have stayed here many, many times and it's always been great. The apartments are quite spacious with high ceilings, and are nicely furnished. It's super close to Ku'damm so the location is great as well. The only downside is that the hotel is right next to the railroad, so there will be some noise from trains throughout the day and evening. I have never had any issues sleeping though. All in all, it's a great place to stay.

Hotel was shabby on the inside and had to put in a code to go one floor to reception. Tv wouldn't work, couldn't open the windows and a tiny fan on the bench and fridge wasn't on .Room was huge and clean though, so not too bad, but the hotel was right next to a train station, which was very noisy, just around the corner from the main street which was great

We stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment, number 1.03. 1 bedroom was separate and the other was really part of the lounge. That didn't really bother us the apartment was clean and spacious. …
