Mold on the ceiling in both the bedroom and bathroom. Water dripping from the bathroom ceiling into the toilet so it cannot be used. We asked for a new room as it could not be repaired but it was not possible.

Every time I go to Surabaya, I always stay here. The strategic location is very close to Gubeng Baru station. Then the rooms are comfortable, non-smoking, and the air conditioning is really cold.The only thing lacking is that the blanket is very thin. If you can't stand the cold, you can turn off the AC or bring your own blanket.It's worth it for a budget hotel with such prices and the facilities you get.Close to the city, everywhere is easy. The staff are all friendly too.Don't forget to make a deposit of 100,000 when you stay and the money will be returned when you check out.

The room was given according to the order. Clean bed without stains. There are 2 bright lights above the TV and in front of the bathroom. There are lights on the bedside too. TV and AC work well. It's just that the TV turns itself off every few hours, even though it doesn't use a timer. The AC also took a long time to turn off after clicking on the power.There are tables + chairs available, good for working too. There are menus and prices for food that can be ordered in the lobby, and apparently room service is also possible because a telephone is provided. There is paper for the satisfaction rating + pencil. What I like is that not only are there two small bottles of mineral water provided, but also two glass glasses with a small tray. So those who don't want to finish drinking straight away or want to share can do it. There are plugs on the table and bedside.There is no cupboard, but there is a place to put suitcases. Equipped with a hanger and 4 hangers. There is also a fairly large glass on the table.In the bathroom there were two towels provided, but one of the towels had a stain like a make-up stain. Bar and liquid soap, bathroom mirrors and sinks are available. However, the sink tap is a bit loud when you first open it. The toilet flush works well. The shower works but there is no hot water. The bathroom door is a sliding door, and the bathroom lights are bright. It's just that the floor doesn't look clean. The bedroom door is also very difficult to lock because you have to adjust the position of the door first so that the lock fits. The door is also accompanied by a peeping hole.When you first arrive, the receptionist is not there so you need to call first. Once you check in, you will be helped to carry your items to your room and shown the location of the room. The location is quite strategic, many places to eat can be reached on foot. You can do late check out by adding 75 thousand if you check out until 3 pm and 150 thousand if you check out until 6 pm. Security is also friendly and helpful

I got a room on the top floor and at the very end, I entered the room it wasn't ready, there wasn't even a pillow so I asked the bellboy first. The room is quite clean, although the mattress and pillow are a bit dirty. By breakfast time the food had already run out even though it was still 7:45, so I had to wait first. Even when the food is ready, the plates are still dirty and the spoons and forks are still dirty, the marks from people eating previously look like they haven't been washed.
