We are staying here right now — very good value for money. Hospitality from owners is great. Location couldn’t be better. Underground parking garage makes it even more perfect. Tip: you’ll need a key for the garage so make sure someone asks at the reception first. When we stayed here, it’s €15 a day which is a good price compared to parking garages in the neighborhood. There is no EV charging possibility in the garage at this moment so make sure to plan around this if you come with an electric car

A very pleasant stay, owners were amazing and very friendly/helpful. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were very clean and comfy, absolutely lovely and will be coming back to this hotel whenever I go to Düsseldorf. It’s near everything in the center such as grocery shops, shopping street, public transport etc, so you have all possibilities from this location. It’s very easy to get there from the airport via train for example!Lovely place and 100% recommend it.

We loved our stay here, we felt welcome. The next time we visit Düsseldorf, we're staying here or delaying our trip if they don't have room.Pros- The obvious pride the owners took in their offered experience and how helpful they were when you came to them with questions.- The quality of the food, both the "standard" buffet - which hands down beat any hotel buffet I've had before, but especially their Korean breakfast which was available on request.-A surprise to me was how much liked that our room didn't have a normal window, but a skylight instead. To have fresh air without city noise or a real draft was a pleasure, and I didn't miss the normal window like I thought I might.Con-The floors are stone and there are no carpets or even a rug next to the bed, so this meant had very cold feet in the morning. It's a minor thing though. For my next visit, bring my slippers :).

I was a bit worried as this was my first time traveling alone abroad but this was an excellent choice and I was very happy. The staff are really friendly and helpful- I was shown to my room, and I was allowed to use the reception printer to print off a ticket for the Aquazoo, and the man at the reception desk was very patient with my non-fluent German. You get a radar key for the main door so it is ok to come back late at night. The room was great- clean and spacious with a fridge and TV. As other reviews mention there are no windows in the wall but there are skylights which can be opened with a switch, and if you are just needing a room to keep your stuff in and sleep it really isn't an issue. I got a free bottle of water when I checked in and a cereal bar when I checked out which was novel but very welcome. I didn't get much chance to look closely but the entrance area is very cool- lots of bookshelves. The hotel is in a good location too.

Found this hotel on Airbnb and I love it. Great location, spacious room and very nice price. The hotel is run by a family, very friendly and helpful. The rooms might be a little outdated, but you have good and clean rooms. It is a very quiet hotel and I had good night rests. Will definitely come again when visiting Düsseldorf.

This family owned hotel gives a hospitality and service that’s one of a kind! You will never get the same genuine service if you pay for a super high standard hotel. Clean room, comfortable beds and very good breakfast.

Room was very basic but ok (maybe clean the roof skylight to get a little more light). The hotel is quiet. Very friendly owners!The pillow on the bed was very uncomfortable, gave me a neck pain. Change that and I would definitely come back!
