Amazing service and helpful staff! We had a beautiful suite right in the centre of Düsseldorf. The suite was very clean and modern furnished.The only downside is that the hallways can be noisy and you will be able to hear other rooms at night. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

We stayed in the attic of this complex which is located in a central location in the city. It does not offer private parking but you can leave your car on the street. Upon arrival, the key must be collected for access to another hotel which is a 15 minute walk away. The apartment is generously sized with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a living room and kitchenette. It also has a terrace. We found it clean but unfortunately with some shortcomings, some of which in my opinion were serious. One bathroom lacked cosmetics for washing: soap, shower gel and shampoo.The bathroom itself had no window or forced ventilation and being directly in the bedroom (separated only by a glass wall) could create quite a few problems. There are not even hangers for towels, which can be hung in the only place available, the shower cubicle. Another serious lack (especially due to the cost of the rent) was the coffee pod machine but... without the latter and the fridge, already turned on when we arrived but... without even a bottle of water, not even for a fee .Would I go back? For those who want to come to Dusseldorf and get around the center on foot without taking the car, yes, for the value for money perhaps no.

Location, price and furnishing style of the apartments are very good. Unfortunately, there are already some signs of wear and areas on the walls that need renovation. Cleanliness was sufficient except for the walls mentioned. We were also unlucky enough to have party-loving guests among us, which is often the case with these apartments. The penthouse is not recommended in summer as there is no air conditioning.

Very nice room. Tip top clean. Very close to the city center. Highly recommended for families with children
