Bizarre experience here. My girlfriend and i got woken up at 3am because someone was knocking on our door. At first we thought it might be another guest at the wrong room or something. After a minute we suddenly hear our door getting opened with a key and an hotel employee just came into our room! When she saw us awake she said "sorry sorry i was just checking" and quickly left the room. I suspect she was trying to steal our stuff but either way this is outright outrageous and i don't recommend anyone going here.

Not a pleasant stay at all! The room was not clean and very warm. Hotel employee knocked at our door at 3am, while we were sleeping. She even opened the door with a key. Next morning didnt even apologize for awakening us from our sleep.

Room was clean, bed was comfy. Tea, coffee and towels provided. The stairs aren’t an issue. Very central location, will use again when in Düsseldorf.

Worst possible experience ever. The pictures are misleading. The entrance is an old house entrance followed by incredible steep stairs. No service, no breakfast offered. No way is it a 3 star hotel. We booked for two nights, left after the first night. Pedestrian very noisy street. Any mobility problems or heavy luggage, just forget it.

Despite other reviews I can’t say anything bad about the hotel. Fastest checkin ever super central location, had a good sleep, amenities such as water kettle and tea were present. Placement of power outlets could be improved but being a traveler on a budget I fully recommend.

THIS WAS MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!Stayed at this hotel on Jan 31, 2023 in a standard double suite. I checked in at 14:30. Both heating and hot water weren't working in our suite.Lukewarm water appeared around 18:00. Enough hot water to take a shower appeared only after 21:00.Heating was also malfunctioning until late in the evening and even than wasn't enough to heat up the room. We were forced to shower and sleep in a very chill suite.The room itself isn't like the photos claim it to be - very small, box-like. Barely any daylight could go in due to a small window overlooking the rooftops of the courtyard.Another issue - extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear every step and sound all the way from the hallway.Broken washbasin. Cracks in washbasin and toilet. The washbasin couldn't flush well because it was clogged with hair from previous visitors. As soon as water was turned on - all the hair from the drain plug floated to the top.Cleanliness:Dirty bathroom walls and dust everywhere.Bed with black spots and hair. Mattress with yellow spots and hair. Back of the bed is wobbly. There are no bedside tables (only a round stand from Ikea for like 15 euros). There are no night lamps by the bed.Photos you see on the website are, most likely, extremely outdated, the suite is in a terrible state.Service:The service is not customer oriented. If you don't want to spoil your vacation or business trip and feel comfortable - then you definitely shouldn't stay at this hotel! I'm attaching a photo of my room to the comments.

that hotel is a disaster, I was there and everything is different from the photos they present. many things damaged, the shower did not work, the floor, under the bed is very dirtythe best thing was that it was in the center of the city, but at night it was impossible to sleep because there were many strays outside (even the windows should be left open in the month of August because it was hot and there was no air conditioner in the room)never never more there

My stay at TM Hotel Düsseldorf was a nightmare. This place is a breeding ground for bed bugs; my room was infested, and I couldn't get a good night's sleep. The staff's response was appalling – they were unresponsive and unhelpful when I reported the issue. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Avoid it at all costs!

Pros: Located in the center of the old town, with a lot of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. The subway station is within 5 minutes walk.Cons: The room is not quiet and makes me feel unsafe! I'm on the 2nd floor, with a balcony outside the window. BUT the balcony can be accessed by any person from the stairs outside! Somebody kept knocking at my window and shouting in the morning, and the curtain cannot be closed fully!

UNHYGIENIC!!!!! Firstly, my room was infested with bed bugs, which made my night unbearable. To make matters worse, the personnel's response to this issue was utterly unhelpful. Despite reporting the bed bug problem, it remained unresolved throughout my stay and only a very small refund was given (20 euros on a 710 euro booking). NEVER GO HERE!!!!
