Very mixed feelings. The rooms are clean, spacious, and full of amenities. Cute kitchenette and unlimited coffee and tea. Also free laundry. However, the reviews about things being too hot and noisy are spot on. Some of the rooms face an extremely busy (borderline highway) road that is noisy with lots of emergency vehicles, cars with loud music, motorcycles, etc. driving all day and night. It's too loud (even with earplugs) to leave the windows open. The result is overheating (even mid-September). I basically sweated all night. The fan is pretty pathetic and loud. I will say the value is quite good and literally the only issue is that noise/overheating.

Great location, but very noisy. Walls made of paper, can’t really sleep here due to all the noise. And there is no AC , it gets hot in the summer. Stay away if you are a light sleeper or need air conditioning

I loved the location, which was a 10-15 minute walk to the city center and old city, as well as the river. The concept of not having a reception seemed a little strange to me, but it works surprisingly well without any problems. It is actually a nice feature because you need 2 minutes from getting your code to being in your room, so it's very convenient to have checked in online beforehand-especially after a tiring travel. The room was very clean, the bed was very big and comfortable. Our rooms window was looking to the backyard, so it was fairly quiet. The sound insulation between the rooms is the only shortcoming. The luggage room has separate lockers so even after check out you can store it securely. The area is full of cafes and restaurants. Wifi was low speed sometimes, but it was always usable. There were some free compliments when we arrived in the room (water, beer, lemonade, some snacks) which was a really nice touch as well

We used a family room. The room was a good size for a family with children, and we appreciated that the kitchen and accompanying utensils were equipped so that we could cook simple meals. I also appreciated that they prepared a bed for the baby. Especially when traveling with children, a little facility makes the stay much more comfortable. It is also nice that it is not far from the center of town, but in a quiet location. The only thing that was very disappointing was that when we arrived and checked in, the room was not yet ready and we had to wait an hour after arrival for the beds to be made and the floors to be cleaned. This seemed like a long time as our small child was starting to get tired and hungry from the long trip and was getting restless. Also, the cups and coffee machine used by the previous guest were left uncleaned, and worst of all, the trash bin was full of garbage left by the previous guest. We ended up having to wash the dishes ourselves, clean the coffee machine, and take the trash to the dumpster. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but they said that due to staff shortages, they had not gotten around to cleaning up by the time we arrived at the hotel. I understand the various problems that arise from the lack of workers, and I really feel sorry for the workers on site, but the fact that these problems become a burden on the guests is a bit thought-provoking.Because of the above experience, I would say 1 or 2 stars, but in anticipation of the next time, I will give 3 stars this time. If it were not for these problems, I would give it 5 stars. It is a very comfortable and good hotel. In fact, it is a place I would recommend my friends to stay if they visit the area.

This stay has been the worst experience in the 21 years I've been having a city trip with my daughter.Firstly, we were warned only two days in advance that "ongoing construction work is taking place on the building". Far too late to look elsewhere. After contacting numa we were told the "noisy works" will take place “only between 09:00-18:00”. Not so, it started way before 09:00.Secondly, the day after our arrival, thursday morning, the lights in the bathroom didn't work anymore and we had to shower and use the toilet in the dark. We contacted numa but they couldn't do anything at the time. So it was agreed upon that repair should take place the following day. But when we came home fridaynight, nothing had been done. After contacting numa again, we were told that repair could take place on monday, the day we were leaving. A remarkable experience, to shower and use the toilet in a dark bathroom for five days in a row. And also to wash your dishes in the dark.Because, thirdly, there is a ‘kitchenette’ with stove in the apartment, but no sink. So you have to clean your dishes etc. in the bathroom, which is in no way equipped for this. Finally, another ridiculous feature, there are no doors in the apartment. It is a family suite, with a sleeping and a sitting room. But no way parents (or kids) could have some privacy. On top of it all, áfter our stay, having paid in advance by way of Expedia, numa sends an invoice.Stay away from these apartments.

The *only* good thing about this hotel is the location. It was 7 days spent with much displeasure:1- Terrible Wifi.2- Room service is paid.3- There is no air conditioning. Just a small fan.4- Breakfast is served 400 meters away, and starts at 9:00 am.5- Just one toilet paper.6- Stinky bathroom towels. It's worth paying more and staying in a better hotel. Belive me.

The hotel was great, we stayed only for one night, but everything was super easy, check in and out is very fast and you can do it all by yourself. The room was clean and there were free snacks. The only thing that I think it is necessary to consider is the missing sink in the kitchen, which requires to wash everything in the bathroom. It would be also nice if some air conditioning unit or a fan could be placed in the rooms for hot days :)

This is a sad example of deceiving marketing. I reserved my room with wifi on booking.com and was shown an equipped kitchen, a balcony and a large bathroom. What I got was a noisy room on ground floor next to the luggage store room, a small stove with no possibility of cooking, i.e., a bowl of spaghetti, a room on the street which could not be opened, no wifi. There is no reception desk, so only after two days (and two nights) of angry interactions with bots and phone calls (btw, paid for) to unhelpful operators, I was transferred to a room similar to what advertised. This appears to be a lottery in the best case, a scam in the worst: if you have time to spare, my suggestion is to avoid non-refundable reservations. If you don't, to avoid this place entirely.
