The worst hotel check-in experience in my life. Highbrow, rude and annoyed receptionist (blonde woman) made me crazy.. she could not able to find my reservation on their system, however it was easy by checking my passport !! She must sit at home instead of working in a hotel.. Hotel business is important.. This hotel is not recommended!!

Nice hotel with friendly staff.||Good value.||Breakfast was good.||Rooms clean and tidy.||Stayed for Euro 24. Couldn’t ask for more.||Recommend Schumacher brew house across the road for good value authentic German food and beer.||Close to the railways station and walking distance (around 1km) from the old town

We stayed at this hotel for one night and overall we were satisfied with our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was spotless and the bed linens were crisp and fresh. The furniture was in good condition and the room Was Recently renovatedI found the hotel to be a bit overpriced, especially considering the breakfast buffet. The selection was limited and the food was not very fresh.Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay, but I would look for other options if you are looking for a place to stay with a better breakfast.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. However our room was very uncomfortable. The shower and the sink was right next to the bed without any kind of seperation. Which makes it very noisy for the other person in the room. Also they have located the bed next to an uneven wall and there is a space between the wall and the bed which makes your pillow slip while sleeping. Also the pillow were the worst I have ever seen. They were incredibly uncomfortable. The bed was also not comfortable. And I am not someone who is used to any kind of luxury, we always travel on a tight budget so believe me when I say the room was uncomfortable. The hotel apparently tried to make the rooms look pretty, which is what I fell for but there are so many other options for less money and probably better rooms. Even if the rooms are not better you would be paying less anyways. By the way there are different rooms in the hotel. Maybe they have a normal bathroom but ours was awful. In any case I am sure the pillows are the same and awful. Other than that breakfast was okay and the room was clean if you were wondering.

An impeccably clean hotel, with helpful reception staff. The first room we had faced on the street and we found it too noisy on a Friday night - there is a popular pub oppostite - and we were grateful to change it for a room on the inside …

BOOK 🥴 this hotel on a booking website because if you call the hotel and make reservations with them directly 💸 ... you pay 5% more !!?? than on a booking portal. …

It's a nice hotel, clean, people are friendly...... but for me it's the little things that will make me not go back;- I booked over the telephone 3 months in advance as I was travelling for work and when I stood in reception there was no record of my reservation which stressed me no end!.- when i finally got checked in, the price was 10€ more per night than I was informed about during the call. When I pointed this out, I was told that of course "in these difficult times" there would be a rise in price..... I fully understand, but I was surprised about a full 20€! There wasn't any "I'm so sorry about this", no it was just an information.- I asked to not pay for the breakfast the last day as I would possibly be travelling earlier, but this was not possible - even if I hadn't paid my bill. It's a nice location, you can walk to everything - and if I wasn't working I think it would have been perfect! But when I travel for work I need everything around me to be calm as I want to perform my best, and unfortunately this stay did not meet those requirements.
