Rooms would have got 5 stars had i not checked under the bed for something i had dropped. Cmon guys you should be cleaning that at least once a week. Rm 557. Apart from that the room was great and quiet just as i asked.Location is handy for the train station but a long way from the old town. Trams and metro are good so you can get round that and if adventurous use the electric scooters

Booked a last minute stay for 2 nights due to a change in travel plans. Excellent price. The room was huge with a great bathroom and nice small workspace. Very comfortable bed. …

Hotel is well located a short walk from the main station (this was the reason for choosing this hotel for 2 nights), however for tourists it is a little bit out of the way of the main attractions. …

Had a nice stay. The staff was helpful, and the room was clean. This was close the train station, so it was very convenient for us. We arrived after a long day of travel, and had plenty of food places within walking distance. This is a good budget hotel, and I would recommend.

The person who was on the late night in the front desk (Thursday night) was awful, can tell that he hates his job as he was very rude.He was also having a smoke at the very front of the building door (which is not allowed by law as it needs to be 5m away from the entrance of the building) him smoking also doesn't give a good first impression when you are arriving 1am and there is a grumpy guy smoking at the front building.Room it self is as it says on the tin ,nothing special to call out. Towels were very rough they definitely seen better days.Didn't try the breakfast , but why blow 20-24 euro when there is plenty of options in the center or the station with much more to offer.

It was good, the breakfast amazing. However, despite having previously requested late check out at a price of 15 euros, the hotel charged me 25 euros and not until 3:00 pm but until 1:30 pm.

Nice location, and very central. Parking OK outside hotel, but better if planned inside.Lift was a little rickety and showing its age.Rooms were a good size, and very clean.Breakfast, whilst busy, still had a good choice to pick from.

I'd stayed here a few years ago and remember it was a little tired, but ok.||Just spent 3 nights here, as it was really cheap considering it's Gamescom week. £138 for 3 nights.||The big problem was the aircon not working. …

I was staying here previously in November 2019, so I was looking forward to another stay. The things that did change are:1. no welcome message in the room for ALL Gold guests,2. no welcome gift in the room for ALL Gold guests,3. no complimentary newspapers at the ground floorOtherwise, it's a very decent hotel, although rooms are rather tired.

The hotel is really not far from the central station. It was all clean and the room itself was really nice. Even got a free upgrade for a double room! Would go there again.
