We stayed at Mrs. Holtgräwe's farm for 4 days.The apartment was very clean and you immediately felt at home.Everything was there and nothing was missing.The yard was very clean and very beautiful.Our son was outside or in the play barn from morning to evening.In between you could feed the goats and look for eggs from the chickens.There were also plenty of leisure activities in the area.The weather was great too.We will definitely visit the farm again.The grandparents were also thrilled.Above all, the large, well-kept, spacious garden was beautiful.You were welcome to help yourself to the fresh herb bed.Mrs. Holtgräwe also gave our son a very sweet farewell present so that we don't forget the farm :-)

Our little vacation at the Greiwenhof was really nice. You can feed the animals, play in the play barn or go on nice trips into the surrounding area. Ms. Holtgräwe is a really warm host who runs the farm with a lot of passion. We'll definitely be back!

Went there for the first time and we thought it was great. Four of us booked the Spechtschmiede and were really very satisfied. Comfortable beds, you didn't have to worry about bed linen or towels. A very child-loving owner. The nearest supermarket is just under 5km away. The little one had a great vacation, just like us adults did :) Everything was good. Thumbs up

Our short trip to the Greiwenhof was a complete success :-))We felt in good hands there with 4 adults and 3 children.The large apartment was great and the kids had great fun in the barn. We'll probably be repeat offenders.

Have been there twice now with a grandchild.The yard is ideal for children because they can have fun there in good or bad weather as there is a play barn.The apartment was very large with a terrace with a view of goats and alpacas.Very quiet location.There was nothing missing in the apartment.Mrs. Holtgräwe was very nice and was ready for any help and there was good shopping in Westerkappeln.We felt very comfortable there.

We spent a long weekend on the farm, it was our first holiday on a farm, which is why we went into it with no expectations.We were even more surprised, it was simply beautiful. The farm is very well maintained, the barn is a great playground for children to let off steam, then there is a sandbox, goats that you can feed and pet, alpacas, ducks, rabbits, chickens and the farm dog (who is super sweet). There are many apple trees and pear trees where you can help yourself. The apples were by far the best we have eaten in a long time. Ms. Holtgräwe was always present if you had a question and spent a lot of time with our big one when he wanted to know something about the animals. Our accommodation, the Owl's Nest, was very comfortably furnished and had everything you needed.The shopping opportunities around the farm are great. Aldi, Lidl and Edeka are less than 10 minutes away. The small town of Westerkappeln invites you to take a leisurely stroll.All in all, we were super satisfied and will definitely visit the Greiwenhof again next year.

The Greiwenhof is very suitable for a holiday with children:The property offers various play options even in bad weather (large play barn). The animals can be petted, but are not as trusting/food-oriented as in the petting zoo - it is kept in a more species-appropriate manner at the Greiwenhof.

The apartments and the farm are well maintained and have the potential for a wonderful family holiday on the farm.Unfortunately, the goats are not suitable for petting, the alpacas prefer to keep to themselves, the rabbits should be played with as little as possible, the dog is very friendly, but definitely too wild for small children and is therefore not let out. The running ducks also tend to keep to themselves. The animals are kept in a species-appropriate manner, but they are not suitable for petting. Taking eggs from the chickens was undesirable, as were campfires and barbecuing.All in all, we felt tolerated, which doesn't meet our expectations of a family holiday on the farm.

As a family (two adults and three children (8,8,1)) we felt very well looked after. The holiday apartment is very lovingly furnished and generously equipped. The yard is very cozy and there are endless opportunities for children to play and watch. We were very pleased with the little details/attention. Ms. Holtgräwe's insider tips were great and are still a topic of conversation with the children. There are also lots of great things to experience in the surrounding area! Thank you very much, we would love to come back!

We, grandma (52) and granddaughter (10), were on the farm for a week. It was a great, entertaining week. There is a lot to see in the area. The farm itself is simply a hit with children. The apartments are modern, clean and well equipped. We will be very happy to come back. Thanks to Ms. Holt-Gräwe for this lovely week!
