When I was about to order I asked to see the room but many of the room facilities were damaged, when I complained to the guard, the guard just said "just book first and then I'll find a room that works well," but when I asked to see another room, the facilities were also damaged, 3 times Looking at different rooms, nothing is right. Finally the guard kicked us out ☺️. Wow 👍🏻

Yesterday I just checked in at RedDoorz, there were 2 gentlemen, 1 of them was clean (friendly, 5 stars for this gentleman) and the 1st seemed to be the owner (not so friendly, and looked GALAK HOHOHO) (wearing a sarong).The experience of staying here was quite disappointing for me personally hehe... Checked in at 4pm & I immediately showed the application, but instead the father said 'Well the room is full'. I'm a bit surprised, I ordered it long ago. They said the rooms were full, finally they looked for 2 rooms for me & ONLY 2 ROOMS REMAINING, even though my friend hadn't checked in yet...For a review of the room...• The AC is like wind (already changed the mode but it's not cold at all), do you want to complain? Hahaha it seemed like it was ignored, I couldn't even change rooms• The TV doesn't turn on, it's just for display• I give the bathroom 1 star 🥺 (some are rusty)• There are cockroaches (yes *maybe* a normal thing 😔)Thank you sir, maybe the service can be improved, and I hope that everyone will be welcomed in a friendly manner because after all GUEST IS KING🤗💖*Sorry, I'm just reviewing honestly😊

The location is good because it is near the food center, but the service👎🏼 accepts guests only wearing undershirts and sarongs. The AC in the room didn't come out cold at all, only air, so the room was stuffy👎🏼 I asked to change rooms, I checked first and the AC wasn't cold either. I asked other visitors and they said the AC in the room didn't feel like it at all👎🏼

Needs to be improved, order via the app, the price is pretty good, the guards are also nice, gentlemen. When I went there, I stayed here for 2 days.Near the hotel there are lots of food sales. The minus is that the wifi is slow and the air conditioner isn't cold and the TV doesn't have a signal for anything else which is okay, great. There is hot water, there is a kitchen too

Very disappointed, give up. Will not stay here again. No longer will you be fooled by reviews because they don't match reality.The mattress already feels like it has iron springs even though I've just sat down, not yet lay down😔The bathroom is dirty, the AC is not cold, the TV has a remote but no broadcast, the towels are poor 🫠

1. The guard at night is very unfriendly, very rude. Even though you paid, you were served as if you wanted to hitchhike2. The lobby chairs smell musty3. The room smells of cigarettes4. The bathroom was dirty, there were dead cockroaches5. The color of the towels is all wrong

actually it's close to RSUD Dr Soetomo.. but the room is not clean.. there are no windows.. even though the price is really cheap.. on Agoda you get 120,000 but the room is not clean.. there are cockroaches.. the AC is not cold, maybe it needs to be filled freon, the TV doesn't have any channels, even though there is an STB... there is warm water... when I checked in I left my ID card and 100,000 deposit... woke up in the morning, my neck hurt because the pillow wasn't comfortable... sorry but I have to be honest... I hope this will be an input and repair soon..

Ha ha ha. All the reviews are true. I've given up on staying here. Checking out was a little late, the father was angry. He said why are you late while shouting, how many rooms? 2 sir... yes, just a fine of 50 thousand here, he said hahaha. How come anyone wants to stay here again? Kapokkkk

First time staying here and will not repeat it againOrdered online when making a reservation, the guard went back and forth asking if it was true that it had been paid😩.... there was a deposit of 100 thousand... got a room on the 1st floor, when I entered I smelled a musty smell, when I entered the bathroom it was quite clean but I was surprised that there were traces of someone's urine on the toilet seat. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned after using the roomThere are t-shirts in the cupboard, maybe used by the previous person... got 2 small mineral water, 2 towels, no toothbrush, the bed looks like the only pillow case has been replaced and the pillow hasn't been replaced and it smells of cigarettes... even though it says no smoking area... so I couldn't sleep all night... well, at 1pm the wifi went out😭 I wanted to make coffee because I saw there was a dispenser outside... but it wasn't turned on.... duhhhhIt was already 6 in the morning and I checked out... I was asked curtly by the ladies who were looking after several people in the room because I saw that a relative was helping carry things out of the room even though the person who picked them up didn't stay.... and was still asked about the online payment... 🤣
