Yesterday (04-07), I wanted to make a reservation in the afternoon at 17.00, but I was tempted to find a standard room available, only to say that the staff was no longer there, there was an improvement in the availability of rooms priced above..., I was confused too.

The condition of the room is really bad. There were lots of mosquitoes, there were also 3 cockroaches.The only ones that are good are quite affordable depending on the location

One of the low budget hotels which is quite good, strategic location in Gubeng and good and friendly service. The rooms are spacious and clean. TV and AC room in the middle of Surabaya city only 166 thousand price on Traveloka. Great

This is good, cheap and really good facilities for a standard room. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's not really simple. Stayed for 2 nights and was comfortable, the shower worked well, the hot water was good, the AC was cool if you changed it to fast mode, then there were several TVs which were good, 2 handy and clean, 1 hotel soap. I noted in the apk booking that I asked for a double bed, but he gave me a twin, but it's okay, I was too lazy to ask for a change. There is also a balcony next to the room which is only for the public so it's not private but overall it's nice to be able to order food and eat near the balcony or in front of the room because there are tables and chairs too. Checkout max at 12.00. Near the hotel, there are lots of people selling food such as soto, porridge, satay, meatballs and endul, all of which are cheap.

Bed is comfortable. Wifi is good. Room is spacious but no window. Mosquito in the room. Very little water pressure in shower. Need passport as deposit, if not have to give RP2500000 instead for the deposit.

The service is okay, the facilities are okay, the rooms are quite spacious, the bed is comfortable, the AC is cold, coffee sachets, tea sachets are provided with hot water for brewing, and the bathroom has warm water, the location is strategic, suitable for those on holiday, prices are competitive . The receptionist is friendly, but the rooms inside are very minimal. There is no drinking water, and the AC is not cold enough. There is no toilet bowl, only a small bar of soap. TV remote is off. TV only 1 channel. The shower doesn't run smoothly. Hopefully it will be further developed and improved. And customers are ready if they want to visit this hotel. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏the blower works well and there are lots of chargers

It is an okay hotel for a cheap price. The room very dark. I only get towel and a small soap. The electrical port place very high on the bed, it was very hard for me to charge my phone. The place is so quite it is good, I like it. Located far from busy place. The bathroom was clean and okay. Do not expect too much, it is a good affordable hotel. Thank you.

Moderate price for quality comparison (17-9-2023). The standard room costs 190K on the 3rd floor, the entrance facing the stairs going down, the atmosphere is a bit depressed and not cheerful (maybe because there are no windows). AC and shower sprayer are not in optimal function. For this time I give 2 to 3 stars 🙏🙏
