Perfect location just outside the Aldstat. About a 20/25 min train and Ubahn ride. I came during Oktoberfest so it was a great location in between the Aldstat and Oktoberfest. Also really close to the Allianz Arena. Rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and multilingual.

Disappointing experience.We found five silverfish in our room, including one in the bed. The sheets were dirty, and there was no coffee machine in the room. Sunday morning was particularly noisy. While the receptionist acknowledged the issues, no further action was taken. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend it.On a positive note, the hotel is well-located, with convenient access to public transport.

Actually a good hotelHowever, the shower has mold. When I worked at the service provider for SA09/22/24 in the morning when I complained about this, he thanked me for the “notification”.Housekeeping confirmed this to the manager while I was still at reception...The hotel itself is actually good... but it definitely needs a different management or better controls of the staff.For me there will never be a second time in this house!!!

Stayed here in Oct.2023 for my honeymoon, Europe trip from Texas.Excellent rooms and service!!! A/C worked just fine but not needed due to the cooler temps, restaurants within walking distance and for those who are complaining about being too far from the downtown area, there is public transportation that is great for sightseeing and seeing what most tourists don’t get to see. Excellent experience, employees were great along with service and best stay out of my Europe trip and most importantly from being out of the country, I felt extremely safe in this area and even along the walking path that locals use. Thankyou for a great stay!!!!!!

The reception staff were very friendly but the long-haired lady at the bar was not friendly, so the service was given 3 stars.Otherwise everything was great
