Good for me, it's a shame that parking is extra and not included in the price of the hotel.

The room was nice and clean. But breakfast is poorly for a **** hotel. Only filter coffee and when I asked for a normal one they said I had to pay extra. Even though I agreed, waited seven minutes until they told me that I have to wait longer, where at this point, decided to go and buy one from the bakery across the streetAlso no warm milk, only three types of fresh juice, only small bread ( the one which you can't put anything on top, the one bite bread)They do have a boiler for hot water in the rooms but if you want a spoon to make some coffee or tea, you have to go to reception to ask for it. And that's the only activity they have. No fitness studio, no sauna, no nearby transport. If you don't have a car,the bus station nearby is a good idea but only until 18:00. Since I hit my feet I tried for a taxi because I couldn't go to the bus station. And use a taxi to come back as well. Around 40€. And that's the only thing I give to them. That it's not their fault for the public transport. To conclude: I wouldn't stay there for no reason. They charge ****stars with a **star hotel service. Rip off if you ask me.Never stay there again

Was ok. Unfortunately the room is not available as requested/agreed. Food was great. Service in the restaurant was very friendly and in a great mood. Room was normally clean. Distance from subway reasonable when the weather is nice

Very nice and newly designed room. Nice light wood. The location is perfect for air travelers looking for an overnight stay. It is just 1km away from the S-Bahn (S1) station. The route can be walked easily in about 10-15 minutes, even with suitcases. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but it was completely sufficient. Everything clean and tidy. Respect for the receptionist, he was very nice and checked us in at 9pm and was back at reception early at 7am.

The worst hotel ever! Never 4 star level. There is only a single member of staff who both sits at the reception and prepares breakfast. He'll probably even do the housekeeping. That says a lot about this hotel, but what's worse is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. In a family room for 3 people, the 3rd person only gets a sofa bed, which is more of a sleeper seat... the elevator is broken, the entire system is unventilated and musty... the only star that is mandatory goes to the breakfast with branded products. We would never visit this hotel again!

We stayed here for 2 nights. Check-in went smoothly. When we took the elevator to the second floor, a musty smell hit our noses - something really needs to be done here. The room was clean and the appearance was good too.Breakfast costs 14.00 euros per person. There wasn't even a coffee machine but filter coffee from a thermos...Parking costs 13.00 euros, even though the hotel is almost in the middle of nowhere in Munich and the entire parking lot is free...It takes just under 40 minutes to get to the heart of Munich by public transport. All in all - it was okay - but we would book another hotel soon.

Nice and clean rooms. No noise pollution. The very nice and competent gentleman at the reception should be highlighted. He also kept a close eye on the breakfast buffet and always filled it up quickly.

I was there for the Coldplay concert and I have to say the location was good, there were various bus stops nearby and the subway station was only a 15-minute walk away. I was at the Olympic Park in about 30-40 minutes and there were good connections back to the hotel later in the evening. The room was clean and equipped with the most important things, I booked without breakfast so I can't comment on anything else, but it was clean and the staff were very friendly.Of course the price was a bit expensive, but because of all the concerts it was really the only affordable hotel at the time, but it would of course be nice if prices in Munich would generally return to normal. But yes, I can recommend it, especially if you travel alone.
