Everything was very well maintained. Small, nice room. Central but quiet location. Breakfast perfect. In the bathroom it was only possible to hang the towels above the heater. I would have liked a few additional hooks.

An interesting encounter! 🙁I'm in Osnabrück almost the whole week for work and had to switch to Westerkappeln because the room at my regular home in Osnabrück is fully booked due to the kitchen area.The inn or hotel looks well-maintained from the outside, but it looks deserted because the restaurant operations are closed.I knew the latter.On the day of arrival today it quickly became clear that breakfast would be canceled from Monday to Wednesday because this was not possible due to staff shortages.The renovation that you can read in previous reviews is showing its age again after 5 years in the bathroom. The mold on/in joints and seals in the bathroom does not look appealing due to the amount.Now you think that you will find a cleaned room on the first day of arrival. So far so good. In the bathroom, however, hair, lint and residual traces in the toilet from the previous user on the toilet seat?! Seriously?All of these seem to be small things when I consider that other guests were given room keys twice and my room was opened to me at 9:00 p.m. by two gentlemen who were looking for one of the rooms they had booked. Here the confusion between two similar numbers on the key rings is quickly explained in the chat in the hallway with the other guests...With all due respect, it doesn't work that way! So you can't sleep with confidence, let alone leave my room without thoughts in the coming days.

Was here for the second time now.Conclusion,The main house is cleaner than the annex.Hosts very friendly.The hotel is located in the middle of the town and within 200 meters you can get everything you need because unfortunately the hotel's internal restaurant is closed.

A bit of a vague hotel, because everything around it is closed. Bed drawer under a sloping roof, which was a bit inconvenient if you are tall and want to read a book. Furthermore, the WiFi was very unreliable and therefore bad.But a lovely shower and a nice window in the bathroom.
