the toilet door is broken, the air conditioner is not cold, the water smells of chlorine, from there the body itches all over the bus, this is a hotel or a cowshed, once in a lifetime I stay here, it's really bad

I've been a long time customer here, but there are a few messages from me if I want this hotel to be more advanced. Improve customer service issues well. Last time I stayed overnight, I got a room on the 2nd floor, and I happened to be carrying things and a suitcase. But the staff inside should have been more agile and sensitive, so they didn't look away and were busy playing on their cell phones while sleeping on the sofa. Luckily the security guard was alert and helped me carry my things. This has happened twice like this

Most of the time the AC on the 2nd floor isn't cold, 3 times I've stayed there, first I got the 1st floor, the AC was safe, then I got the 2nd floor, the AC wasn't cold, it was really hot

Everything is okay, only visitors are asked to be careful when they want to park across the hotel building because it is right at a crossroads. It would be nice to have warning lights on the right and left of the road so that car drivers passing by are more careful, while providing a sense of security. safe for those staying there, the hall in the hotel lobby is hot, possibly due to the effect of the glass which is directly facing the road and the lack of ventilation in the lobby, because you only rely on a roof fan, practically at 8 in the morning while enjoying breakfast and coffee your body is already sweaty and you have to change shirt.
