Very cool apartment with everything you need.Handing over the keys was a bit problematic: you had to fish an envelope onto the mailbox, but it was pushed back by another letter that had been posted. Not for people with less delicate fingers.You shouldn't be guided by Google Maps when getting there, but rather go straight to the parking garage. There are no free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity anyway.The apartments are located right in the city center, enough pubs and restaurants within walking distance: great!

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip and was pleased with the location and quality of the room. The room was on the first floor so there was quite a lot of noise from the cafe below however this didn't interrupt my visit too much. Overall, a nice place to stay with easy access to the town centre, I would stay again.

Looks fine, bathrooms are clean. If you are with 4 people, it is better to book a 6-person room because those sofa beds are really worthless. Then it's even better to sleep on the floor

The floor space is acceptable and there is no air-conditioning. There are 2 rooms, but the window in one room cannot be opened. It will be a bit hot when you first move in, but it will get cold when you get up in the middle of the night and cover yourself with quilts. The living room + kitchen are large and comfortable. Coffee is also provided.

The overflow apartment needs finishing. Lovely space, but……Bedroom windows does not have covering- bad for sleeping with all the light - add blinds.Electrical wires hanging in lounge roof and on floor by TV for 3 WiFi units- stow wires away.Hot water shower is scorching!!! -Get maintenance to fix.Shower curtain sticks to you when showering- remove, but bigger glass panel to use as walk in shower.We got 1 key between 3 people- cut more keys.Smoke alarm got plastic on- ?Pack coffee machine box on fridge away.No hairdryer- add.The communication to get help from staff on duty was difficult. We called all phone numbers, email and send sms’s.We had to wait 2 full days for an extra key.The scorching hot shower never got fixed, got excuse of a holiday weekend.Maintenance should have been checked properly.Toilet brush also broken.

We had a nice overnight stay in a beautiful location in the center of Enschede, we were received very hospitably.Everything looked super clean, and the beds were fantastic!

Great stay, new, clean, spacious and well cared for. Nice balcony. In the middle of the cozy center. Neg: lighting only 200 Wtt ceiling lamps and why is the heating set to 23.5 degrees? underfloor heating also in the bedroom. Too much of a good thing. But everything else is there for a great stay.

We stayed at the residence for 2 nights.Everything was tip top.Contact on site with Hannah to hand over the keys, everything was great.The apartment was clean and exactly as described.We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. The location was really great, we could do everything on foot.Thanks so muchIt was really nice at your place

Stayed here with the family, good location in the heart of Enschede. Spacious apartment with neat kitchen. Everything is neat and clean and the beds are very good. The location has no parking, so paid parking is approximately a 10-minute walk away. A lot of nuisance from the Douwe Egbert coffee shop underneath. Early in the morning, a DE delivery cart is wheeled out with a lot of noise and this is repeated in the evening when the cart is wheeled in. In addition, even on Sundays they turn on the outdoor speakers above the terrace at 7:45 am and you can still hear that music at 10:30 pm in the evening. During the day this is not a problem with all the noise from outside, but in the morning and evening this is really unpleasant and irritating. So sleeping in is not an option. For this reason we will not book here again, even though everything else was fine.
