A good place to stay. Close to Soetomo Hospital Surabaya, approximately 7 minutes walk... The rooms are nice like a hotel, private bathroom, clean, mineral water facilities, wifi, AC and television, plus there is a stylish desk and wall cupboard. Affordable prices for those of us who want to rent daily, especially those in need at Soetomo Hospital.If you bring children, don't forget to bring a stroller so they don't get tired of carrying them. Near the accommodation there are food stalls, laundry, mosque. Near the main road, if you're bored you can go food, you can choose according to the menu...The owner is friendly, but there are no car parking facilities, only motorbikes. So for those who are far away, taking the train is better because the accommodation is close to the station, 10 minutes by grab

First time staying here. The building is being renovated so it's a bit noisy. If I don't have any problems, I can still sleep. Small size bathroom. AC cold. Soap, towels and drinks are provided. You have to buy a toothbrush. Snacks are provided, there are prices too. If you don't want to buy it, bring it yourself from home. Hot and cold water is okay. Strategic place. Exit the hotel to the right at night there is selling fried rice. The portion of fried rice/fried noodles is more than coolies. 14 thousand/portion. If I can feed 3 people, 1 portion. Because there's really a lot of rice. The taste is also delicious. If you go to the left there is sego chili sauce. In the morning there are also those selling rice. Just leave the hotel. Next time I go to Surabaya, I will stay here. Service is also okay. Friendly2. Thank You

Great service, friendly, ordered a long time ago in 2023, got 150k a night. The rooms are also clean, neat, smell good, the AC also works. The bathroom is also clean and comfortable with hot/cold water.Close to Indomaret and food stalls etc.

Very good service, friendly staff, clean rooms, no strange smells, AC works well and is not noisy, TV displays clear images, the fun thing is that the water can be hot, there are paid snacks too, if you don't forget to bring toiletries, they just provide soap. They sell shampoo and toothbrushes. Overall very comfortable, definitely come back again, thank you.

Cheap accommodation but also very appropriate! The location is strategic and there are many places to eat around it. The innkeeper is friendly and gets complete facilities (ac, mineral water, shower + hot water) for a price per night of under 150k. Highly recommended.For improvement, maybe the mattress can be updated because the springs are already soft.

Quick summary review - -(+) strategic location, lots of food near Soetomo Hospital.(+) laundry is also close by(+) relatively cheap, 120k a night, get two bottles of water, toilet and air conditioning, get it from Agoda(+) check in quickly, ask for a deposit of 50k deposit to be returned at checkout(+) quiet area can sleep soundly. Cozy room with spot lights.(+) there is a TV. There are also snacks in paid rooms(-) the bathroom is small, there is a toilet, shower, you can't take a shower, it's the same as the toilet(-) the room is relatively small, the bed is clean, the linen looks like old linen has spots of stains(-) the bed is too soft instead of hard. It looks like the bed needs replacement. When I sleep, I go a little deeper.(-) location: Cm if it rains it will flood a bit. The location is in a small alley so if you bring a car it's difficult to park... Can 3 cars park in front?(-) The toilet door is a bit dirty and the walls & floor are a bit dirty and need more hygiene.Overall 3.66/5.00 so I bulletin so it's 4.00Hopefully this input will be better for Kertajaya Residence! Didn't expect there to be affordable, clean and easily accessible rooms in the middle of Surabaya city next to Unair campus B.My subscription since 2021.Even though this is a boarding-style accommodation, the employees are very professional. Cool.
