For those who only have a budget to stay around IDR 250 thousand per day, this is the place. We stayed here for 3 days because the location was close to our place of business. The place is quiet, safe and comfortable. The room is large with a 180 size mattress, the bathroom is clean, dry, there are no soap crusts or mildew, there is a water heater too if you want. If we don't need it because it's summer, we won't use it if we have it. There is a large cupboard, table and chairs but the furniture is old, for me the important thing is clean and functional. The parking lot is wide and very safe because it is surrounded by a fence, separated by motorbike parking and car parking. There is also a public kitchen which is free, you can borrow glasses, glasses and spoons, there are tables and chairs in the kitchen for eating or drinking coffee if you don't feel like eating/drinking in your room. There are also monthly boarding houses here, the rates are not expensive with complete facilities. The office boy/girl is fast, doesn't take a moment if you ask for help, the owner is also kind and friendly. The location is also strategic, not even 1 km from Pakuwon mall.

When you first enter, you are greeted with spacious parking and a clean environment. You can bring pets for another 50K. The room is clean with an iron bed. The facilities are wooden cupboards and tables and chairs. The bathroom is clean, the white walls are not crusty, neither is the sink and shower. There is no water. it's hot. because there are pets in the room, we turn on the AC but the owner of the place asks us to turn off the AC if we go out with the excuse that the AC will break🤣🤭. even though the animals have also paid for the facilities, btw, but the mother who owns it is really friendly, yes, everything is a problem You can compromise, it's happy. After curfew in the corridor, the lights were turned off and we were on the 2nd floor when we wanted to go out and go down the stairs, we were afraid of falling because the whole area was dark. The suggestion is that the stair area should be lit and don't turn off all the corridor lights if you're in a hurry. I'm rushing out at night, afraid of falling. Everything else is good, including the service. There is an open public kitchen in the middle of the front parking lot. The price is just right. Thank you ma'am for the facilities and service. The lights have also been repaired. The place is really comfortable👍😊

I'm boarding. Calm atmosphere. Each room goes to the corridor on the 2nd floor and to car access on the lower floor.Facilities are as requested and there are fee levels. Fair enough

Good cost. You can keep baby animals but separate them in one building so you don't worry about disturbing other boarding house residents. Recommended to stay here daily or even monthly. The location is a bit hidden in a narrow alley but the car park is spacious. Cleanliness is also guaranteed even if there is abuse. The downside is that you can't just bring toddlers.

Boarding rooms that can be rented daily, very suitable for those transiting from Jakarta to Bali. Pet friendly too with an additional 40 thousand per head. So if you want to travel with your cat or dog, you can stay here. It's better to confirm your arrival because there is no front desk. So if you come at night, make an appointment first. The room facilities are standard boarding house, there is air conditioning, hot water, mattress, cupboard, table. Over all clean and towels, shampoo and soap are provided too.

Too expensive for a guest house like this, TV or refrigerator facilities can be obtained by adding another fee. And please ask the owner to be friendly to every guest who comes and not assume that every guest who comes can be asked for money for things that should be accommodation facilities.

I lived in this boarding house for a month because of a business trip, to save my budget. Why choose this boarding house because the parking area is large so if you receive guests it's nice, for business transactions you can do it directly because we choose the downstairs room near the parking area. The room has AC, cupboard, mattress, work desk, private bathroom, hot water available but if the hot water is turned on it's really hot and can't be adjusted hehehe. This boarding house is kept clean, there are lots of ornamental plants so it's beautiful to look at, it's enough to wash the eyes and the important advantage in my opinion is that the boarding house's wifi is really fast, so I don't need to buy a large quota.Now the downside is, this boarding house is suitable for students because it applies a curfew, Monday-Friday it accepts guests at a maximum of 10 pm, weekends until 11 pm. CCTV is everywhere, and if you want to board here you have to have more budget, all the kitchen parking facilities have a charge, if you want to change the sheets it's charged 50 thousand, if you want to use the kitchen 100 thousand/person, if there are guests staying 50 thousand/person and in the contract list there are 10 rules What's more that must be read? I forgot 10 or 20 rules like a dormitory, maybe because the enci is so noisy... so everything has rules.Overall, it's okay to board here because the location is close to everywhere, only 5 minutes to Pakuwon Mall
