Service is still very bad. Not friendly and too complicated. The questions asked by the security guard were also not funny. When people go to a hotel, of course they have a purpose, they don't need to ask who they want to meet or what they want.You should just say Welcome, please... Enjoy...

The room was dirty as if it hadn't been taken care of, stayed 3 nights, the room wasn't cleaned, just changed the towels. Lots of mosquito ants, even the soap disappears even though it's still new. Be careful if you stay there.

The place is quite comfortable for a budget hotel, the rooms are also okay even though they are relatively small. The food provided by Juva hotels tends to be cheaper than other similar hotels. It's just that around the hotel there are not many food shops. So you have to walk some distance.He rented a place for family events. You could say it's a budget friendly hotel, especially the service. Thumb!

I'm honestly so satisfied hanging out here (at the cafe) with friends and family that I can't believe it's been 3 hours already hahahaa. Supported by friendly service, clean toilets... The taste of the food is all delicious. I'm surprised the price is so affordable but I can't afford to complain. Next time I will definitely come back to eat here. Thank youu

The rooms are clean, the size and facilities match the price, it's a shame there's no water heater, the service is really good, genuine, very friendly, even the security guard is very friendly, there's a lot of food in the area so it's easy to access anywhere, there's lots of choice for online food, top of the line

1. I admit that the service is very friendly.2. The reason is that the room is less comfortable:- The sound from the next room was loud and clearly very uncomfortable.- There are still people smoking in the room corridors, automatically the rooms all smell of cigarette smoke but not a single employee reprimanded them.

Comfortable hotel, security & friendly receptionist, only the elevator didn't work, there were parents holding my husband when he entered, asking what room number he wanted to go to, what right did he have to ask about the room, I paid there and it wasn't free. After I searched, it turned out that the hotel manager had just entered the hotel this time and was questioned and felt like he had been robbed

It wasn't very professional from the start, when I was checked in, I didn't know if I was allowed. 3 new people entered the room and were reprimanded like the receptionist, but the one who was reprimanded didn't know who it was, suddenly banging on the reprimand when I was already in the room, what a damn dog... even though I already knew there were three people, how come I wasn't immediately reprimanded at all? I'm not going to go there anymore
