Quite pricy for the standard. No one cleaned our room during our stay and the interior is a bit old fashioned, but I guess someone could enjoy it. Breakfast was average. Not the best experience, but there are no other options in Recke.

Last exit. Hotel dark and shabby. Communication was terrible, both in advance and as a greeting.Breakfast is by far the worst I've ever had and for a room price of €105.Call to the owner at night due to an annoying beeping sound in the hotel which made it impossible to sleep. Instead of dealing with the problem, he preferred to talk loudly to the darts club that was billeted directly in front of our room (midnight), who were drinking beer and smoking on the adjacent balcony. The smoke drifted into our room where our little 15 month old son was trying to sleep.ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!

A quiet place! Perfect for sleeping, as a stopover! Everything was spotless! Fun reception! Time seems to stand still. The breakfast was ok and plentiful.

Hello, the room was very old & smelled strange, there were empty beer bottles in the room & the sink drain was blocked so it couldn't drain!!! The floor was pretty dirty & dirty! Breakfast was okay. But still not again! I found the bathroom very dirty, could be better! The layer of dust and cobwebs could at least be removed!

This hotel shouldn't actually have this title!!!Absolute disaster, I have visited so many hotels but I have never experienced anything like this. I wonder how this hotel can have 3 stars?? It's not clean, there are no fresh towels put there, then you ask for fresh bed linen because unfortunately a bat has had fun in the room, you are greeted with the statement: NO, NO, NO IDEA WHERE THESE ARE!!!! And that's what you call a hotel??? And they just hang up on the phone... what's the point of that? You pay money for it and you get something like that in return and you're supposed to stay friendly??? I'll actually go to the next higher distance because something like that can't be possible!!!!In addition, I will report the case to the nature conservation authority and the district administrator because this procedure is actually necessary!!! You think it doesn't matter...Maybe the owner will read it and think about it…….

The hotel is not worthy of 3 stars and doesn't even deserve 1 star because if there is a bat in the room and flying around there, the room is not cleaned (see photos). Then the beds are really dirty (see photos)The fridge is dirty, there is almost 2 cm of dust there and you don't get any new towels the next day, they are all taken away, then you are told things that aren't true at all - it's just a disgrace.The hotel is simply bottomless. If I could I wouldn't give any stars, I would advise against this hotel.

The welcome from the older gentleman was very nice and friendly!! The hotel itself is a bit old, but otherwise quite ok. Room = standard, nothing special, but ok for one or two nights.However, I would like to deduct two stars.Reason: There is a garage for bicycles available, but unfortunately it is not locked overnight. And even though we still lock our bikes, it still feels a little strange knowing that anyone could access the garage if they wanted.I deduct the second star for the breakfast. Unfortunately, that was really just below average. Tables of four received coffee in a warming pot at the table. Tables of two were then allowed to get coffee individually from the buffet. Unfortunately only baked wheat rolls and a brown bread. No grain, wholemeal or similar bread rolls. But a huge bowl full of canned pineapples and canned peaches. A small upgrade would be necessary here.Otherwise, as already written: sufficient for one or a maximum of two nights.
