Sorry, but never again.Check-in only via a machine that doesn't seem to be running smoothly. After some back and forth and a few calls, I got my room card. I opened the door, but unfortunately someone had already checked into the room, very, very strange, surprising and above all unpleasant.Afterwards the situation was very chaotic and opaque.I left the hotel and came back later. The room was prepared, but unfortunately the air was unbearable. The room was not ventilated at all. I made my way home that night.Long story short, never skimp on a reception when running a hotel. Even if it only has a few rooms… all in all very unfortunate and unsatisfactory.

Room reserved and booked via booking com.When the “guest” arrives, the first thing they see on the screen is that they will be threatened with a penalty if the room occupancy is not correct.That's a nice welcome greeting.This is followed by a whopping 20 minutes of life with futile entries on the “terminal”.1. Call the operator."Yeah, that's only after 3 p.m....Ok, now it's 3:05 p.m.3 attempts to enter later, next call to the operator."Yes, then press here and there too, then it should work"2 new entry attempts..Good advice! :next call to the operator."hmmm, then I'll enter it from here now. And you press here and there and there..Aha, I'm slowly looking around for the hidden camera...What can I say... Doesn't work... no ticket is printed out.Next call..."There's a box on the wall at the top right"... After entering the number given, it opens... 4 room cards fall out... Unfortunately, mine isn't there.Operator: "There is a blue chip that you can use to open your door."Me: "Sorry, there's no blue chip.He: Yes, yes, there has to be one! Or?Him: I'll call back...Wait... He calls back. I say my name and he is surprised who is on the other end. Even though he only dialed my obvious number... Whatever...He: Well, with the blue chip you can get in...!I:???? "THERE IS NO BLUE, RED OR COLORFUL CHIP!!!"My blood pressure rises because of this Kafkaesque parody.He: "Then just wait a good half hour and then someone will come.I demand that the room be canceled free of charge and I'm whistled at because I don't murmur gratefully into the phone.I praise the lively receptionistwho still knows the meaning of the word service.Thanks so much!

Very nice atmosphere. The room is very modern, clean, WiFi, refrigerator, television. A great large bathroom with a walk-in shower. A card key, cameras only in public spaces like ; Hallway, breakfast room, in front of the front door and in the bike and washroom!!! Sweets and drinking machines, coffee machine, microwave, dishes for breakfast are here!!! Self catering - eat out or bring your own!Highly recommended, we really enjoyed it! Problems are solved immediately and you can pay online with a card right there and then! You should definitely move in!!!

Clean, fresh bedding, modern interior design and honest service at a good price! We left a gold ring by accident, we simply forgot, the cleaning lady immediately informed us about it!! Kudos for your honesty. Thank you and see you in the future :) I RECOMMEND!!!

At least at the moment everything is still new and in great shape. Of course, you shouldn't really expect "service", because that's exactly the concept: the guesthouse works without any staff with direct customer contact. Well located, interestingly priced.

Spent two nights here and were very satisfied. The room was large and everything was very clean. There is a breakfast room with machines. Coffee for one euro, various appliances and sweets at moderate prices. Everything is very comfortably furnished. We will definitely come back on our next visit. Checking in and paying was also easy.
