Order via reddoorz, get price 222k.In the room there is a sink, small refrigerator, cupboard, table and chairs, TV, fan and AC.Get 1 towel and 2 220 ml mineral water. There is a small balcony facing the main road. Lots of plugs. Spacious parking.

Okay i've stayed here for almost two weeks and the only complaint I have is about other guests who sometimes are too loud for too long. I get it when you just checked in, you talk with your family members or friends for a bit, that's fine. But sometimes people just keep talking for too long without noticing that the hallways LOUDLY echo their voices. Other than that, the room is adequate, the service is superb, and the location is nice if you prefer a serene gated community.

1. It is recommended to order via the RedDor or Agoda application because it is cheaper, a difference of 50 thousand.2. The rooms are comfortable, the design is not mainstream, there is AC and a fan. There's wifi too. There are 2 TVs in the room but they don't seem to be working properly, I don't know, maybe the channels haven't been set or something.3. Small facilities may need attention.- There are no hangers provided in the rooms, there are no heating kettles, water, glasses, plates and other cutlery.- Towels and toiletries are also provided for one person only, even though the application has ordered for two adults.- There is no mat in the bathroom. There are also no trash cans.- There is only a small mirror in the bathroom sink which is only enough for a face mirror.4.Quiet and comfortable location. Cleanliness is good.5. If you want to find an impromptu meal, it's a bit far away. Food orders are not provided here either. It's better to bring food stock or order from food delivery.6. FYI, this place turns out to be a boarding house and accommodation. At the front are boarding rooms that are already occupied. Then in a slightly separate section is the accommodation. But it doesn't matter. While I was there there were no problems regarding this.7. Suggestions for the receptionist should be more quick to help if guests have difficulties such as difficulty making orders via the application, etc.

So I ordered on Traveloka, I already paid. Suddenly it was said that there was no more cooperation with OYO, he casually said that someone had already been cheated before. So why leave it alone??? This should be the hotel's responsibility too, how can we ensure that customers don't continue to be cheated. Finally, because I was already 1 hour away from Juanda, and it was already late in the day, I booked by paying cash.

My intention was to have a holiday in Surabaya and booked this hotel. After arriving at the hotel, the receptionist did not accept it on the grounds that they had to order directly without an application. This is very clear blackmail!! For those who have booked this hotel, it's better to just cancel it and look for another hotel.

During this long motorbike trip, this hotel is NOT REALLY !!! During the past week, the trip started from staying at hotels in Wonosobo, Jogja, Bali, Malang and Surabaya to this Surabaya hotel which was detrimental to my long journey during touring. You've already paid, you're not in debt, you're not paying at this place, when you get there you're REJECTED, plus it's already late, your body wants to rest, but tomorrow you have to move to Bali 🤣 I hope you get guidance from those who have it. The refund wasn't even full, this is a great hotel, PLEASE TRY TRY BOOKING 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Already booked and made payment via the pegipegi application. But when I arrived on the day, the hotel said that it was no longer collaborating with the pegipegi application. I asked the hotel for responsibility, but the hotel did not want to take responsibility and I was advised to book the hotel using the Reddoorz application. Then I just pay for the hotel twice? I didn't get a solution, instead I lost, wow! FYI, I took a motorbike all the way from Jakarta, my body was tired and wanted to rest, but I had to look for another hotel because the hotel didn't want to take responsibility. A lesson for those who want to search for hotels via the application. Don't choose this hotel. The hotel is CLEAR!
