Chosen because it's cheap π€ because the place is comfortable and clean. It's just that some facilities such as towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap were not available at that time... but it's OK with the relatively cheap price offer in a city like Surabaya. Access to enter at curfew is a bit uncomfortable, getting in and out requires asking for help and also makes it less comfortable but it must be understood because there are no special guards such as security. Overall the place is comfortable even though the access stairs are a little steep and narrow.

the room and service are actually very good. The rooms are nice, clean, still new, and the interior is modern even though it is narrow. What makes this accommodation not able to get five stars in my opinion is:1. Entering and leaving the boarding house you have to ask for the gate to be opened because the gate is locked (previously there was a loss of motorbike so now you are more alert)2. The maximum time for entry and exit from the accommodation is 22.00 WIB3. Because this is the shape of a house, if you want to go in and out of the front room you have to take off your shoes, which is a bit tricky in my opinion4. I don't know why the water is so salty and sometimes you have to wait a long time for the water to lose its taste5. There are no hooks/capstocks at all in the room or bathroom6. As far as I remember, there are only 3 TV channels

The bathroom is smelly, you don't get toiletries, there is a deposit of 100 thousand, the night time is 22 o'clock maybe because it is in a complex area, not recommended for lodging, especially in conditions where you often go, the AC doesn't get cold even when it's set at 18 degrees

Very bad. In this place you are not allowed to use Oyo vouchers. If used, the receptionist will ask the guest to pay the remainder of the voucher discount at check-in. The Oyo text is also no longer installed. The receptionist had a very bad attitude. Due to this bad experience, I will not use the Oyo app again. Thank You.

Seriously, don't choose this hotel, it's better to look for another one. The hotel telephone number cannot be contacted, there is a curfew, the location is in a housing complex (noisy entry), far from supermarkets, etc. And the most REQUEST, the location said it was FULL. why weren't you contacted???? .Very bad

Just a towel.3. There are no clothes or towel hangers. So confused about where to put clothes and towels when showering. This is a really good suggestion, give me a clothes hanger, poor thing, if you take a shower, you don't have space to hang your clothes. The bathroom isn't 1 meter wide.4. There is no welcome drink.
