Very noisy, very sagging mattress...

This was my third stay in the apartment. Each time I was welcomed very warmly. Very good conditions. The owners were friendly and communicative. I will gladly come back here.

Bedbugs and bites

Due to an event in Kronach and fully booked accommodation in the city, we were happy that the apartment hotel was able to accommodate us at short notice. Communication with the owner on the phone went without any problems. We communicated the train delay. Despite the unscheduled check-in, the owner was understanding and warm on the phone. The employee at check-in was also friendly.There is separate access to the apartments. The inner courtyard is enhanced with small, cute decorative elements. The small apartment was neat and clean. Facilities were relatively modern. In terms of space, there is enough space for two people. The kitchen corner was equipped with the essentials so that you could cook something yourself.On the warm days the ceiling fan was a plus.An open wardrobe and towels were available.Bathroom light turns on/off automatically (helpful and environmentally friendly when people forget to turn off the light!)The proximity to the train station is an advantage! Only a maximum of 5 minutes walk. The bakery right next door is also great :)Overall good value for money. Thank you :)

The hotel is in a quiet location. Baker and butcher, pharmacy just around the corner. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom had a large shower. We really enjoy coming back here

EDIT: Unfortunately, the owner doesn't understand that everyone is allowed to have their own opinion about the hotel. When it comes to the matter with the police, unfortunately I have no idea because I wasn't there anymore. I have simply described my experience with this hotel. That's all I wanted to do, no more discussion and distortion of true facts.LG AgataThe worst hotel. Of course I wasn't expecting a Hilton, but at least something with a decent standard.The owner was unfriendly and annoying. The employees weren't much better either. From the very first moment we came, she had a lot of problems with us. She had a problem that we came with a baby, even though Booking.com says that children up to 3 years old don't pay anything. But she wasn't happy.Booking.com also states that the “hotel” is dog-friendly (not only by arrangement). It's not true at all. We came with Yorkshire terriers. (If you don't know the breed, this is a dog that doesn't lose hair and weighs 2kg). The owner was really snappy. She said the dog can only stay for 5 days and then he has to leave. She said that the dog will be charged €10 per day so we didn't have a problem. After a week the bill said €15 per day. Simply the exploitation.We also heard when the owner talked to employees about us. In general they don't like foreigners that much. They treated us with superiority.Now a few more sentences about the “apartments”.We were really shocked. There was a spider in every corner and there was mold. There were yellow, wet stains on the floor in the bathroom. Lots of dust everywhere. Not hygienic at all. No towels. Lots of kitschy decorations that were already completely dusty. There are no real windows in the "apartment", which means no fresh air. (Window in the hallway) The terrace is maybe 1sqm and the employees are walking back and forth right next to it almost all the time, so you have no privacy.Unfortunately I can't recommend this "hotel" to anyone.The only advantage is the bakery, which is right next door and the staff is very friendly.

Not only the ambience but also the staff was really TOP!!! As soon as I checked in, a very friendly colleague at the reception greeted me. The apartment then exceeded all expectations. Very modern furnishings! Since I wanted to take a few trips in the surrounding area, I got some good tips from the staff. He was always very patient and gave me a few good insider tips.Of course I would love to come back!! Price-performance simply cannot be topped!!!THANKS!

Great atmosphere and clean apartments.It is a great starting point for day trips. You feel like you are at home.A big plus point is communication. If we had any questions, we were helped immediately, that's how it should be.

Everything was great!

Very nice contact, we were there with a group of 9 people and occupied 3 apartments. All wonderfully equipped and very clean. If time permits, we would be happy to come back.
