The room smells really musty ✅It's dark horror, the room lights are dim" ✅The toilet is not clean, the water is cloudy and smells bad, the water comes out very little, the towels are dirty, the pillows are dirty, the color is crusty brown, the mattress smells like it has brown marks, lots of it hasn't been cleaned. ✅hot stuffy ✅There's a lot of mosquitoes poll, it's big again 😫😫

Order & pay via the OYO application, when you confirm with the hotel you are told that the hotel is no longer collaborating with OYO, finally order & pay again at double the price at OYO, the room has minimal facilities for the price of 231 thousand, shower & sink cannot be used because of the water mixed with black sand, pillows are very thin, sheets are no longer white, no trash can, bad wifi, bad TV channels & partly black TV screen, will never stay here again

Looked at the same price as the hotel in front, but it sucks, I checked in last night. 17 December 2022 at 7 in the evening, when I arrived there the room was prepared, I got room no. 315, and all the oaths are messed up.1. The shower doesn't turn on (the reason is that the water has just been filled in a different tank and is in the process of being filled - confirmed at -+7pm)2. The sheets were full of stains (even though I finally asked for them to be replaced and they were replaced, but there were still lots of stains)3. At night the water got worse, murky and sandy (on photo, can be uploaded)4. In the morning at 7 am I had to check out because I wasn't comfortable with the water which was still dirty, I couldn't shower, brush my teeth or do activities related to bathroom water, the receptionist complained about the problem of dirty water but the answer was still because the reservoir was in the process of being filled, hellooowww fill the tank from 7pm to 7am, do you really fill the tank with a spoon???Input:Close for a while, improve the facilities, use really decent rooms with adequate facilities, don't be like the basics of behavior, in the end the customer will be disappointed, then the bad reviews will be like that, thinking we don't exist... duh
