Guests transferring from Mooi, who had already booked at Mooi, were instead moved to Life Sudirman with full reasons. Even though there are still rooms available at Traveloka.The lobby life in Sudirman is gloomy, the walls are dirty and not maintained, the rooms have lots of cockroaches, hunt for cockroaches first before going to bed.AC is not cold.It looks like this hotel needs to be torn down first then rebuilt.You have to recruit good hotel management, just one doesn't take many. Well organized from top to bottom. Just opened hotel services.

The employees are friendly but the rooms are not well maintained, many of which are starting to get a bit damaged, narrow, far from expectations, don't match the picture. The AC is noisy‼️ the remote is broken, the walls are dirty. For those who are just looking for a place to store things, it's okay, but the price is quite expensive for the lack of facilities. Don't blame the employees, but the bosses should improve the facilities

We are travelers from Bali who want to know what the atmosphere of the capital of East Java is like. After a long journey and passing through several cities in Java, we finally arrived in Surabaya quite late in the evening, finally we looked for several options for places to stay and we made a choice. here. Thank God there were no problems when checking in and we were well received by the staff on duty at night. In essence, we were quite satisfied spending one night at this hotel.

Idk why this place has such a bad review since we have quite an amazing time. The staffs are friendly, the café opens util 11 pm and the room itself is quite cozy.

Be careful with the photos on Traveloka or Agoda. The photo is not trueThis hotel is actually very dark and outdated... Don't be fooled by the photos. It's better to check first so you don't regret it

The receptionist wasn't welcoming, at half past one I was already late checking out... even though we had a short Friday Friday...The bathroom toilet water is broken...Some of the lights in the room are off...Just one night to stay here

Honestly, I stayed at this hotel because I had to. Ordered at Mooi Guest House via one of the applications when I arrived at the location where I ordered it and it said there weren't any, while the Dimooi room was full. Mooi was moved to their other property, namely in this life pangsud. I could say I had a trust issue with Life Hotel, I had previously stayed at Life in Mayjend and felt like I didn't want to stay at Life again. For the location, it is close to Tunjungan Plaza (TP) in the corner shop area but close to the main road with a crossing. In terms of price, it's quite cheap1. When you enter the hotel, the atmosphere is dim in the inside lobby area, the lighting is lacking2. The room is not soundproof, so if you want to rest in peace you won't be able to because the sound from the next room can be heard starting from the sound of the TV, the sound of people chatting, the sound of people on the telephone, even the sound from the side of the road when someone is crossing can be heard from the room.3. There are no amenities4. There were 2 towels provided, but I thought the 1 was no longer suitable for use because the edges were torn5. There are only 4 TV channels and only 2 are MNC&RTV, the other 2 broadcasts are not clear, like that. Can't find other broadcast channels6. The sound of the AC is loud and the temperature cannot be controlled7. The TV remote is also in a bad condition, there is no battery cover, it looks like the remote part is going to come off, so when you want to press it you have to hold the battery so it doesn't come off.8. When you missed your key card and asked housekeeping to help check it, the FO reasoned that it was taking a while and in my opinion it wasn't full help. In fact, in my experience working in hotels before, when the customer was checking out the hotel/house keeping would check the customer's room first and then the customer was allowed to leave the hotel.

I was very disappointed and very disadvantaged after checking in at this Tai Hotel... I ordered room 407 but was given the key to room 402I was even charged 100 RB. Please return my money. Maybe the receptionist is playing with the room with housekeeping.

For still affordable prices,The room was good, only when I stayed 3 nights the lights were broken when I entered the room, it was dim and not bright, the water in the sink was cloudy, there was hot water but the shower was not satisfactory. If the service provided is good, only when you can't get breakfast or extra bed service. Very often full.Hopefully the future will get better and the number of fans will continue to increase, which will always be a blessing. Cool!! Anything that is lacking can be repaired specifically for room 212 (check the lights again).Life Sudirman hotel continues to improve in terms of service and service and hopefully it will become a mainstay / hopefully it will become a recommended hotel in Surabaya in the future, amen.Oh yes, it's cool because you can get a room that is connected to the one next door...plus points, because you like it. Anything else that is lacking will be improved 🤗🙏👍👍👍

I spent 2 nights at the Grand Mercure Mirama SBY... there was an office event... but because the event wasn't finished yet but had to checkout... so I moved to this life.. when CI arrived I was still asked to wait at 2 o'clock because no one was ready.. I was welcomed Sis, my glasses are really bitchy... while playing loud music... I asked for a deposit of 100 ID cards... I'm really excited about CI today... even though I only used it for less than 5 hours... in the afternoon I'll go straight to CO from here... that's it Don't choose a hotel like this... I'm just looking for a place with AC while waiting for the event to finish... because I brought a bottle... the room already smells. There's no good standard of service!!! Finally I entered the room after just 15 minutes... straight away checkout!!!! Kamare eleeekkk pollllll...excuse me bye

The room is not like the photo, the furniture is old, the towels are full of dirty stains and the bed sheets are already yellowish in color. The room smells of cigarette smoke.Give up staying here

THE SERVICE IS LESS IMPORTANT. BECAUSE I WANT TO CHECK IN AT 11 AT NIGHT AND HAD BOOKED A FEW DAYS BEFORE, THE ROOMS WERE FULL AND OVERBOOKED BECAUSE THERE WAS A ROOM WITH A DAMAGED AC. THE SOLUTION WAS MOVING TO A HOTEL STILL IN THE ONE GROUP. 👎👎👎

The hotel staff were not friendly at all, I just came to the lobby and it felt like I was being gossiped about behind my back by the female staff. After entering the room it turned out that the room was very bad, the walls were dirty, there were lots of small cockroaches in the bathroom, there was no water heater, glasses etc. dim lights. I ordered the deluxe type at a price of 360k but it turned out like that. not recommended, don't be persuaded by the good photos on travel applications. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in
