The room is quite clean. If it's just a transit stop for a short break, that's fine. Wifi is available. Drinking water is provided with a cold/hot water dispenser. You can't have breakfast, but there are lots of food sellers around, just go out for a while.

But there is a toothbrush + toothpaste, an old towel. There is no soap, etc. The window blinds/curtains are stuck. There are no restaurants, far from places to eat

I always stay here every time I go to Surabaya, the location is really right in the city center, if you want to go food, the postage can be really cheap. As for facilities, I always request a room between 201 or 301 because the room is the biggest and has a large window, minus being a bit noisy because of the position at the front/side of the main road. As for other facilities here, there are only 2 towels, 2 mineral water, no water heater. for a comfortable mattress, cold AC, and 4 pillows. For the lift and doors to the hallway you don't need to tap a card, aka free access, and there is a deposit of 200 thousand, at the beginning you have to have cash, but in the end I asked for a transfer, you can 😅

Stop ordering Oyo boss instead of staying here. 1 towel was given even though there were 2 people staying, I was phoned because the stock of towels was limited. Lots of dust on the furniture, there are spit spots on the walls. The AC is not cold. The TV also can't be turned on for display.

The staff is kind and friendly, the room is clean and quite comfortable, close to TP, I want to shop for cheap food because the postage is cheap, in the middle of the city, free parking, initially ordered a standard room then requested one with a window... really good staff, upgraded without charge 👍 you won't regret it stayed here... Then the second day asked for it to be cleaned, the room was tidied up to the point where things were tidied up without anything missing 👍👍👍 really neat... Thanks life hotel... Good experience

The room is not prepared properly when I arrive there is no towel inside the room, and the room is a bit dirty maybe because this is an old hotel. but the room is spacious. if you are a traveler that has no issues with sanitary and atmosphere of the hotel, you can choose this hotel because the rate quite cheap for the room size

The hot water felt a little warm, some of the lights had not been replaced yet, when checking in there were still dirty towels from the previous customer, the window curtains were damaged and had not been repaired, some of the wallpaper was peeling and had not been repaired. Hopefully in the future the condition can be improved.
