We were allowed to be guests in this great wellness hotel for 1 week. The room, the wellness area, the staff and the food ensured that we felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.Update: We were guests again in October 2024 and were completely thrilled again. This is my fifth time as a guest. It's just meeeegaaa. The food is top and just keeps getting better. Excellent service. Super clean rooms and great wellness area.

Found it by chance on the internet and booked it for 9 nights. The breakfast buffet is more than extensive and offers something for everyone. We didn't use the a la carte lunch menu because we were out and about. Dinner with a triple choice of main course is a dream. The appetizer buffet cannot be topped. All dishes fresh and well prepared. The eye also enjoys it. And the desserts are amazing. In between there is also a delicious dessert buffet. And then work it all off again in the very well-equipped fitness area, or in the spa, 2 pools, saunas, relaxation areas, everything your heart desires. It's hard to list everything. What is particularly noteworthy is the unobtrusive and very efficient service, be it from Sonja, the room fairy or the ladies and gentlemen in the restaurant. However, special mention should be made to senior manager Werner Regus, who personally serves out a special starter dish every evening with the words: “Delicious, delicious”. If it's right again, we'll be happy to drive the more than 800 km here again. Sponsel-Regus is definitely recommended, whether just for a weekend or longer.

I stayed here with my partner for 3 nights over my birthday and what can I say? Everything was wonderful, we had a junior suite type Schlössla and the room is simply fantastic. A big compliment also goes to the kitchen team, the food was simply fantastic, whether it was the huge appetizer buffet or the courses that were brought to the table right up to the dessert buffet on our last evening. The wellness area is spacious and very clean, here you can unwind. We both felt comfortable and welcome right from the start. One thing is certain: we are already planning our next visit

Very nice starting point for hikes with a clean wellness area and excellent cuisine. The service staff are attentive and friendly, the whole house is clean, the suites are comfortable and spacious. We will definitely come back here!

A beautiful spa hotel with a feel-good guarantee! We had a family room in the main house and were super happy! The beds are extremely comfortable, the food is fantastic and the helpfulness and satisfaction of the staff make the stay perfect.There is a modern new spa area for adults and a slightly older area with a pool and sauna for families. The only disadvantage here was that the two areas are about a 10-minute walk away from each other through the hotel. But since we traveled with grandma and grandpa, that was fine.

Very nice surroundings are very remote, you have to drive through many villages from the motorway, the drive is a bit strenuous, but you will be very positively surprised. The parking lot is opposite the house. Unloading your suitcases can be done in front of the house and the house itself is quite a force, there is no left I wish it was worth the money and the food was A+, we book that more often now 🤩

We are now regular guests here. Fantastic food, a great wellness area, perfect service, quiet and very clean rooms. A great mix of Franconian tradition and well-thought-out practical innovations. The tablets in the room and the dish robot caught our eye straight away this time. It is also one of the few hotels that you can safely visit with a food allergy, as the kitchen and service are reliably adapted to this. We always enjoy coming back.

No!! The cafe terrace is only intended for overnight guests. Unfortunately, the service staff shouts at you when you use the terrace. Because there are signs everywhere saying just forOvernight guests. "The house is only open for overnight guests" Unfortunately the text was only on the back. But then being called illiterate by the waiter is low level. I don't need that.

Now we have been to this great country house for the 6th time.We always enjoy spending our holidays there.The breakfast offers a large selection, so you can discover something different every morning.The dinner is amazing, we were able to enjoy a dessert buffet twice during our holiday week.The service in this house leaves nothing to be desired.It's nice that we see familiar faces again every year.The wellness area invites you to relax, there is something for everyone here too.We'll be back :-)
