The room was very large and very clean.The staff very friendly.Breakfast from 6:30 a.m. was very extensive. It's worth booking with breakfast.Unfortunately there were some mosquitoes in the room, probably because there is a forest and meadow behind the house. Of course that's not the hotel's fault, but I would recommend fly screens as that would have given me and my colleagues better sleep.There was still beard stubble on the sink from the previous tenant, but the maid was less to blame than the checkered natural stone design of the sink. You just don't see any spots or hair. I thought the bathroom was very nice, everything in black with a rainforest shower.But overall I was very satisfied.

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. I also liked the little things like water bottles, tea, etc. in the room. I would definitely come back, hence 5*. I also liked the breakfast because there was a lot to choose from and there was a coffee machine available that left nothing to be desired. However, not every guest can and does not have to understand that an area is cordoned off for breakfast if this area can obviously change constantly. Setting up a dish trolley differently on certain days does not have to be a clear indication to every guest that it is not welcome, as it can change daily. A guest certainly doesn't want to annoy the staff by doing this (especially since, as a guest, you are ultimately upset about it yourself because you definitely don't want to cause any extra work). Nevertheless, I would like to come back, I can recommend it overall!

I have been here at the Korbstadthotel Krone several times a year for business trips for around 14 years. The Kreier family and some employees accompany my stays here in Lichtenfels for just as long. I am always very impressed with the quality of all areas. The cleanliness of all the rooms that I have had the pleasure of staying in over the years has always been very good. All team members were always very friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet is always varied. The restaurant has very good Italian cuisine with additional seasonal dishes. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely right. I can highly recommend the hotel and restaurant, especially for business trips. I would like to thank the team for their long-standing hospitality.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a new, very well-kept wellness area with a real, hot Finnish sauna. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The location isn't the best, but the service, the wellness area and the food are absolutely worth it. Absolutely recommended for business trips. Gladly again.

I had to spontaneously book a room for one night, it worked very well 👍 Parking spaces are available and breakfast and dinner are great. Rooms very pleasant, quiet and spacious enough.

I originally gave it three stars because I just didn't think the overall experience was great. I'm correcting this down to one star because I find it unacceptable when hotels harass their guests years after a stay and ask them to prove that they actually stayed with them. Unprofessional, unsympathetic, annoying.

Still very cozy here, always worth a visit.Parking spaces at the house.Check-in is possible at night, room card is stored in the save. You get access data.There are two elevators and the stairs are also easy.Well-decorated hallways, chic rooms.Quiet, cozy, clean.Very nice and helpful staff.Rooms are very comfortably furnished and there is a drink available.Beds lie very well, the second pillow is also great.Only an electric heater in the bathroom. If you know how to do it, then it works.Save availableGood quality WiFi availableCozy blanket in the closet.Communication with the hotel staff is excellent. Everything can be clarified by phone or email. Resolve discrepancies immediately.Breakfast is convincing.Great buffet is set up. This has been newly furnished (modern design)Something for every taste.Coffee tastes good. (New machine)If you need lunch, that is also available.Restaurant is fully open again.On our last visit we were lucky that we got something shortly before the kitchen closed. Thanks to the team. The saunas are good, but the tiles are also very smooth.The relaxation room is very comfortable... and I'm also thrilled with the chilled water provided with different flavors.

Great hotel with a very attractive reception hall and very nice staff. Since it was very hot and the sun was shining directly into our room, the staff immediately offered us a fan.The rooms were nice and clean and functionally furnished. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied and sufficient.Nice atmosphere.
