As has already been mentioned in various reviews, the “suite” on the ground floor is an imposition. Not only do you HEAR every guest coming and going, you also HEAR every guest going up the stairs, because this is right in front of the room door. In the beautiful hallway area directly in front of the room, guests also like to hang out and loudly discuss the past or coming day. Of course you can hear every word here too. From the noise from the pedestrian street. and the social people coming (all night) right outside the window, not to mention. What's funny in any case is the sweeper truck that drives through the middle of the room early in the morning. Some of the rooms on the first floor also face the street at the front - also loud, but at least you can try to sleep without drunk people throwing a beer bottle into your room at night. If you want to book the otherwise very nice hotel and want to sleep PEACEFULLY, you should definitely make sure to get a room at the BACK, because everything is actually quiet there. It is important to pay attention to the access route to the hotel and the room, which is only released via code and only immediately on the day of arrival.

Very nice, large and pleasant room close to the center. Entrance by code and key box.No parking but location in private parking not far away but quite expensive 30 euros for the night. Very expensive for a medium-sized city.

The property claim to have parking however it’s a 20 min walk and cost 30 Euros per night. Location is central. interior is worn and mold in several spots . The downstairs unit certainly does not look like in the picture. No aircon so not recommend for a warm season. WiFi didn’t work when we stayed there. Since there is no reception desk you need to contact them by WhatsApp however we didn’t manage do get replies. We ended up leaving and booked another hotel.

Not for people who want to sleep at night! The ground floor apartment is directly opposite a kebab shop that is open until 4 a.m. (!) on weekends and until 1 a.m. at other times. During these times, the snack bar is constantly frequented by mostly loudly discussing and laughing customers, and the Arabic language is strongly represented. The acoustic constellation creates the impression as if the conversations were taking place in our room. Sleeping before 4 a.m. is out of the question. Closing the windows in midsummer is not a good alternative, especially since some of the sound would certainly penetrate. There is no air conditioning. In comparison, the criticism of the furnishings is harmless: a total of three chairs spread across the dining, living and sleeping areas; Given the possible occupancy of four people, one would have to stand at breakfast. Obvious equipment such as a bottle opener or a stopper for the sink is missing in the kitchen (no dishwasher available). The inside door of the refrigerator has mold; the bottle rack in the inner door had broken out.

Apartment 105 is located on a green roof in the inner courtyard, you can leave the window wide open all night and it is very quiet despite being in the city center. I slept very well in the comfortable bed, and I also had my extra pillow ready, which I only asked for when I arrived. Access to the building is currently a bit tricky; you have to use a combination of keys like a bicycle lock to get a front door key. The second time it's quite easy. It's just a temporary solution until the door code check-in is repaired.

The hotel is very well located in the city and you could reach everything on foot. However, there was no parking space nearby. The room looked different in the pictures than online and unfortunately wasn't quite as clean. The shower was very dirty and the drain was broken, so the water could only drain very slowly or not at all.The TV entertainment was satisfactory. The WiFi didn't work and had the wrong password… very big negative point on a business trip.

Extremely awkward and difficult access. Room was not tidy - dirty floors in 3 rooms - cleaned and there was a hell of a noise in front of the hotel until 3:30.
