The location of the hotel is good, lots of people selling snacks, near Alfamart and Indomaret, the staff are friendly, but the mattress is a bit dirty (lots of stains) & dusty, the towels have a lot of stains and the smell is a bit unpleasant, the bathroom has small worms. Eman the hotel is comfortable actually.

Had to ask to move rooms, because the sink faucet was stuck and the faucet was leaking, it was noisy... but in general the hotel was good... the maintenance and cleanliness had to be improved... got cheap prices in the city center... near the zoo

To be honest, this place is quite strategic, the location is okay, the room size is okay, enough for two people. Only the mattress wasn't clean, lots of yellow stains, and toiletries weren't provided, sorry. This is a toothbrush, the soap has never been refilled. It doesn't match what is written on Traveloka. But for those of you who want to stay here overnight because you're in a rush, it's not bad, according to the price.

It's a shame that the new building in the very strategic city center is not well maintained, the condition is very dirty and dirty. Dirt sticks everywhere, the furniture and floor are dusty.

Get a rate of 203 thousand per night (June 2024). Overall, just okay. The rooms are okay, but maybe the cleanliness of the bathroom could be further improved. AC cold. Hot water is on. Strategic location.

Stayed here because after playing at the Bonbin, just walk 5 minutes and I'll be there, really strategic for those who are tired, take a break after going around the Bonbinthe room is not very spacious, there are 2 mattresses but they are small, so I was confused about sleeping with a child tooand the experience was really bad because the water was off from 4 pm until 8 pm 😭😭In the end, if I just wanted to pee, I had to walk to the Alfamart near that area, until I had to shower at night."really, really annoyingThis water problem is really fatal, isn't it?where after turning on the water is yellow and smells a bit, I just let it run continuously and then it's clean 🥴🥴

Very bad experience, the room was very smelly, the bed sheets were not cleaned, even more scary was finding lots of strange animals on the bed, in the bathroom there were blood spots, I realized after waking up because I arrived at the location in the morning, I was tired when I woke up there were animals coming out of the blanket, like a small insect.Disappointing, it doesn't seem to be cleaned 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
