The hotel is not recommended, it's better to look for another option...even if you stay for 1 day, don't stay here...it's not well maintained. THE ROOM Smells rancid

I was disappointed with this hotel, the room was dirty, the room smelled of cigarette smoke from outside even though the window was closed, there were lots of mosquitoes which made it uncomfortable. The bathroom toilet is jammed.

Sorry, I'm a guest here, even though I often come here, I'm still a guest, please provide more polite service. I rented a hotel here because I wanted peace from my family. Instead, I was kicked out, told to move to the Life Hotel. Sudirman arrested me again, the TV was bad. There's no signal, what you see, the WiFi is slow

Stayed here for one night. We wished we stayed elsewhere. Cleanliness of the room was questionable with small stains on sheets and also long hair. Felt like the bed had just been redressed after previous guests, grim. Smell of smoke in what was advertised as a non-smoking room. AC not up to standard, did nothing and mosquitos everywhere. We have travelled budget style across all of Indonesia and this was one of our more expensive stays and definitely the worst.I feel sorry for the locals living around here who have to listen to the alarm for when trains pass and the road closes all day every day and throughout the night. This noise is obviously out the hotels hands but the window and walls do nothing to block the sound of this throughout the night. Needs to be upgraded or don’t offer rooms that face that direction. Just 1 towel provided.In summary, spend a bit extra for comfort. If our flight had not landed so late we would have found somewhere else.

The location of the hotel is very nice, there are thousands of commercial malls around it and very close, there is free internet, and the price is very good. It cost us IDR 1,200,000 for 4 days and is also suitable for a medium budget. The hotel is very clean and nice. Every morning someone comes to clean the room. I loved this thingI am from Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦❤️.And I really like the city very much. It is close to my heart. I hope to visit it again❤️❤️.

Last night I wanted to stay here but I was disappointed, when I was given a room that was already occupied, I went in but inside there were other people's bags and towels, they weren't prepared properly. Please improve the service in the future, I had to book another hotel and lost 130K
