Nice little hotel

Great ambience... delicious food... nice staff

We've had breakfast 4 times so far. The first time we were totally impressed and recommended it to a few people. The second time we were also satisfied. The third time we were really unlucky with what was on the plate. Blue cheese, smoked food, etc., even though we had specified it. Unfortunately The lady wasn't very impressed when we asked for an alternative. The first and second times the prices were much more pleasant.I had asked if I could make a reservation with my family (approx. 10-15 people) and we could be in the room for ourselves. Unfortunately, this was not possible because the room was designed for 20 people, it was explained to us.We didn't go there for a while because we were really disappointed that day and left hungry. We also left a lot of money behind.We wanted to have breakfast there last weekend. We were there at 11 a.m. The service staff was very nice. Orange juice and coffee didn't take long. Unfortunately, we were still sitting there after an hour and discovered that other guests had already been there longer sat and had just gotten their food.Since we had to leave at three quarters of 12/12 at the latest, I asked how long it would take. We were told that unfortunately it would have taken a moment or that they had just started.Unfortunately we had to leave, we couldn't have waited.I thought the lady's reaction was really nice. Anything literally would be too long to write. However, I found the lady with the Czech accent very unfriendly."Yes, it's Saturday too, that's normal. There's a lot going on here. You have to expect it and plan more time!" I can't describe it exactly, but I found it very cheeky because I didn't know what it was like Then you could have said that it would take a while today. I'm not there every weekend. I then told her that I didn't want to discuss things with her.Well, what can I say. We are very disappointed. Unfortunately, this lady was also unfriendly during our last visit.Price-performance is no longer what it was and that's why we'd rather go somewhere else. Would have liked to try the tarte flambée, the pancakes and the breakfast.Still, big praise goes to the younger, nice service person who even wanted to show my son how to froth the milk.This is how a planned breakfast turned into a pretzel on hand before my son went to the funeral! Of course we imagined it differently. At least he had other ideas. But he sat there very hungry. It's not nice to keep a child waiting.The location is great. You can also order via a QR code but we can't judge more than that

First and last time there. Waited 1.25 hours for breakfast, that's not possible. It urgently needs to be improved as it is unfortunately not recommended

Never have breakfast there again. Coffee came quickly, but then we waited over 1.15 hours for breakfast for two. You have to pay extra for coffee 3.20 euros if you want an egg 1.5 euros.The coffee was so strong that you almost had a heart attackWe have tested you and tell you, NEVER again......

Were only there for breakfast. Very nice café in an old bakery with business premises.Great ambience, delicious house lemonades, large selection and very good service

Charming hotel: Nice room, great bathroom with huge walk-in shower, great breakfast with etagère and old porcelain from the region (Retsch, Thomas etc.) Very nice and helpful people. And super cheap too. Very best recommendation!
