Very nice hotel.Thermal baths right next to it.Disadvantage: Do not book on Sundays and Mondays.Unfortunately we were unlucky. We had to eat in the thermal baths because the hotel restaurant was closed on these days.Unfortunately, the food wasn't nice or tasty. There was warmed soup from the day before and chicken pressed meat with ready-made sauce and it didn't correspond to the daily menu we had. Unfortunately this failed.

Present from October 5th to 8th, 2024.The room for a 4 star hotel underground beds, mattresses, furniture outdated.TV 1 and 2 and regional channels, nothing else.Breakfast normal but always just the same, no variety.I wanted to turn down the heating in the room, lots of cobwebs and a black spot on the pillow.We booked with breakfast, but wanted to eat something in the restaurant in the evening.Answer from the staff (please order after 8 p.m. because it was so busy.) It was 5 p.m.I wonder where there are 4 stars.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, unfortunately they weren't really nice nights. The room assigned to us had full sunlight from 10:00 a.m. until late in the evening, so we measured temperatures of 36 degrees in our room. Unfortunately there is no sun protection at all. We had to buy a fan to even be able to endure it. The biggest highlight of the hotel is its really friendly staff. We like the hotel, everything is great. Staff friendly and helpful, rooms large and clean. Ok, given the heat that's going on right now, air conditioning wouldn't be bad, but we have a balcony and can sit outside. Tomorrow there will be balloon glows and a light show directly below us in the spa park, so it's worth sitting outside.

I stayed in the hotel with my mother for 7 days at the end of April. It was one of our most beautiful vacations. The hotel is not the most modern, that's true - but it makes up for it with the friendliness of all the staff, the incredibly extensive and delicious breakfast and dinner. The thermal baths are great and can be reached in just a few minutes. Here too, the staff should be praised for their friendliness and care. The quality of the food in the thermal hotel cannot be compared with the food in the spa hotel; it tastes good, but not in the same way as in the spa hotel.We definitely extended another night and would be happy to come back.

A very warm and friendly welcome, which continued throughout the entire stay, including the extremely friendly staff in the restaurant. The breakfast and dinner in the hotel were very good, in contrast to the thermal restaurant. We found the noise at night coming from the smoking terrace, which was right next to our room, terrible. Not to mention the smoke that wafts into the room. In retrospect, we almost feel it was cheeky to give this room away. On the other hand, in a 4 star hotel in this heat at least a fan should be provided. The nights were unbearably hot.

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend (3 days and two nights) because we were visiting someone who is currently in the rehabilitation clinic.We had a "twin" room with separate beds, the room was older, the bathroom was very narrow, partially renovated, but the bathroom door didn't fit with the rest.Room had a large balcony and a TV, we even had a clothes horse.Service was courteous, perhaps you should examine the people first before you misinterpret situations too quickly and "leave off" a saying (I was there with my father).Breakfast was very varied. There was coffee in a pot, there was sparkling wine, various sausages, various types of muesli, fresh fruit, etc.The location is outside, but if someone is in the rehabilitation clinic - ideal.Parking spaces are available.We had a Pentecost sale for a certain price (250€), compared to one person for one night (140€)...

A beautifully maintained clinic. Beautiful outdoor area with gardens, spa park, and pavilion where live music is offered. Kurpark is really pretty and has enough seating. Garden chairs are individually movable and can be taken to the “perfect spot”.The staff are friendly and open-minded, with a really pleasant atmosphere. Paths and passages are level (without tripping hazards) and wide enough for wheelchairs and walkers 😅The only stupid thing is that it's confusing for older/senile people. Endless long hallways that look the same. Not so helpful if the orientation is no longer the best (room numbers 3000+)My grandmother missed a meal due to applications (and her limited mobility), but the sisters solved this immediately and offered an alternative.The parking garage is right next to the entrance, at ground level. Fees can be paid in cash or by card at the machine upon entry and exit.Postcards, magazines, kiosks and daily supplies are available in the shop (stamps and mailboxes can be found at reception.The hairdresser on the ground floor is priced like a normal "standard hairdresser".

We booked a short vacation and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The hotel is in a very nice location, right next to the thermal baths and with plenty of free parking spaces in front of it. The rooms and hotel were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and dinner in the hotel or thermal spa restaurant were excellent. A clear recommendation from us...
