A great, centrally located, small hotel. Very nicely equipped, modern rooms. Breakfast offers everything your heart desires. Friendly staff and a very friendly and helpful lady at reception. It's lucky if you get a parking space in front of the house. Thank you and we'll be back there any time.

I stayed at this hotel for one night on business. Thank you for the all-round friendly and perfect service, clean rooms, warm staff and a varied breakfast. I arrived just before closing time and got lost. Ms. Peter from the hotel had great patience with me on the phone and later in person, took her time and explained all the necessary information to me despite being off work. Thank you! I can recommend your hotel 100 percent. :)

Close to the center, easy to reach. Unfortunately there is no parking space but we got a recommendation from the hotel where we can park. Room small but very clean. Gladly again.

We spent 3 nights here and had a nice room with a new bathroom.The breakfast was really delicious with fresh products.But if you're looking for scrambled eggs with bacon or something sweet, unfortunately you won't find it here. Otherwise everything is there.The employees, with the exception of one lady at the reception, were very friendly and helpful.Now to the things that make us only give 4 stars:-The door to the bathroom and the door of the old wardrobe urgently need to be oiled, really very unpleasant noise.-The fan in the bathroom tends to become very loud after a long time-The location of the hotel is really central for access to the sights.But the journey by car is horrible. Such narrow streets, full of cyclists and pedestrians with very high inclines and descents.-Only 4 parking spaces in front of the door, which are permanently full. To park, you will be sent to a parking garage 10 minutes away or to a street where there are free spaces.However, we will call a taxi when we leave, because the 20-minute walk to the car is half a trip around the world and we won't drive this way up here again.Special thanks to the nice ladies from the breakfast service, really very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful hotel with the best old town location in Bamberg.The cathedral and various other sights and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.The rooms are lovingly furnished and very clean.The staff is exceptionally friendly!!I would happily book here again 👍

A small and fine hotel in the old town of Bamberg. The breakfast was great with enough choice, there was even salmon. A very attentive and friendly staff. I would have loved to see the other rooms, perhaps with a view.Our room was completely sufficient for one night. It was quiet and you could sleep very well in the bed. Good places to eat are just around the corner...sights like the old town hall are also within walking distance...the weather was also perfect on these two days 🌞...what more could you want.

Very friendly welcome and helpful staff. Very nice hotel with newly renovated rooms. Quiet and central location in the old town of Bamberg. All sights are within walking distance. The additional breakfast for 12 euros was very rich and absolutely worth it.We would be happy to visit the hotel again!
